1. Washroom was not clean. Even after repetitive requests. 2. Power backup not working. On august 11, 2024 since 5 am until now, we are having no power at the hotel. 3. Despite requesting the hotel owner (sahibs) and care taker, no resolution.

We stayed at hotel rick y international by sahibs hotels while travel-ling to amritsar and thought it was excellent. The rooms are comfortable with nice beds. The lobby is also very impressive. For breakfast the restaurant was great and we especially appreciated our server kamal. Who went out of his way to put together different indian breakfast options for us to try so that we could enjoz and experience the local cuisine. There staff also explained us various ways to explore amritsar and the hidden gems so you don't need a local guide if you're staying there

Recommended hotel one hundred percent

Overall my best experience in any three star hotel, usually i stay only in five stars but once i saw there pictures, they were good and as was the hotel in reality, it has been recently renovated and everything was brand new. Even there staff was warm and efficient.

It was smelling really bad and moreover the sheets were not washed. The washroom where not clean and really old. I do not recommend this place.

First internet was not available in the room. When i asked for it, he said that we cannot do anything and you have to come to lobby to access it. I was shocked with that answer. I informed him i have my shift so its impossible to sit 8 hrs in lobby and after multiple request he agreed to get the room changed. And that room was pathetic. No towels, no hot water even after informing them its not coming so told me within 10 mins, it will come but it did not. Then jotter spray pressure was 0. Drops were coming out of it which was of no use. Almirah handles were also broken. Overall it was worst stay. I had plan to stay for 2 days but i changed it to only 1
