staff are responsive. this is a budget hotel but the staff attitude is supportive. the room at the back side on top floor is good as it's away from the traffic noise. I was lucky to get it. they can do some green garden and some nice seating options on the terrace which has some construction. breakfast variety was limited and mostly Indian but food and restaurant service was decent. it's a 20 min. walk to Golden Temple but rickshaw were readily available. Hot water and continuous water was available. housekeeping was responsive. they could improve their bed linen and replace their WC it would be a perfect budget hotel then.

The overall experience is good , the vibe of hotel is nice and warm but they forget to keep water bottles along in the room it is there weak point but overall everything is clean and good

Pros • The reception employee Rahul , helped us to check-in in a smooth manner. • Room was as described in the picture. • Washroom was as per picture.Housekeeping was good. At this budget, it works. Ample parking space, hence a safe option for people coming here in a self-drive car. Friendly and helpful staff. Food was quite desi, nothing noteworthy but no complaints as such. We were in Room 216. Room size is decent but the bathroom was crammed. It's functional, but one might struggle a little bit while getting into the shower cabin. The curtain on the bathroom window had 1-inch gaps on either side. Mattress needs replacement. It was completely gone. Pillows were fluffy and useless. Overall the bedding and bedsheets seemed very old. My parents stayed in 219, where they had a bedsheet with stains. It looked like it hadn't been changed since the last guests. Giving it 3 stars because of the tariff and location, also because compared to other hotels in Amritsar, this had bigger rooms and good parking space. It's also away from the crowded neighbourhood of Golden Temple Heritage walk and surrounding market. E-rickshaws can take you there within 8-9 mins even in peak traffic.
