Hotel Regal

It was pathetic experience. I had to leave in 1 night only Too much of chaos.

Hotel was good but the room service was poor. I told reception many times to change the bed sheets but it takes 5 hours to change. I told them many times

First of all the location given is incorrect , hotel is not on main road like the given location . Then the room provided had missing curtains and the window would not lock but thankfully the room was changed . Extremely poor service , extra mattress was prebooked and staff took almost 1 hour to provide the mattress . Amenities like tea bags etc. were there but the staff took it away infront of us . Extremely disappointing experience . Would not recommend.

Not good service room was dirty worst experience as they are just running nit providing appropriate service. Not recommended

We had issues with cleaning. Also, Receptionist was bit rude. Even they charged me around 700 for early check but still didn’t give me extra mattresses which was included in my booking.

Dirty rooms , no towel , no water , no toiletry even rooms are not same as described in description.. stared behaviour is just ask question from MMT they are mediator

The hotel is very shabby ... unclean rooms unclean bedsheets .... staff is not at all polite ... saw the sweeper making tea ... the hotel doesn’t deserve to be on your portal at all all the pictures shown are fake.

No help whatsoever with dropping or picking luggage, didnt attend to our room service calls for ac or hot water issue, neither did provide drinking water after calling multiple times, not welcoming staff, rather very rude and non hospitable staff

Dear Management of Hotel Regal and MakeMyTrip (MMT), I am writing to report an exceptionally poor experience during my recent stay at Hotel Regal, Amritsar. The facilities and service were far below any acceptable standard. Key Issues Faced: 1. Non-Functional Amenities: The television in the room was completely out of order. 2. Lack of Basic Essentials: The room was not stocked with basic necessities like towels, soap, or toiletries. 3. No Hot Water: There was no hot water available for bathing or washing. 4. Unresponsive Staff: Repeated calls to the front desk for assistance went unanswered. There was no one available to help with any issues. 5. Rude Staff Behavior: The receptionist was unhelpful and displayed a consistently rude attitude. 6. Extremely Inaccessible Location: The hotel is virtually inaccessible by car. Guests with their own vehicles or taxis are forced to park at least 1 kilometer away and must complete their journey on foot or by cycle/auto-rickshaw. This is a major inconvenience, especially with luggage. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel service I have ever experienced. Final Warning to Other Travelers: I strongly advise anyone booking through MakeMyTrip or any other platform to avoid Hotel Regal, Amritsar at all costs. My experience was unacceptable, and I would not want any other traveler to go through the same ordeal.

“My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a few issues. The TV connection was not provided, bathroom slippers were missing, and even the bathroom door handle was not available, which caused inconvenience. The room was clean and the staff was polite, but if these basic facilities are improved, the overall stay experience would be much better.

Hotel is very good, staff were very helpful. Me & my family was feeling safe and comfortable throughout with such nominal price. The arrangement in hotel room is excellent

It was terrible stay at hotel Regal, TV was not working, no inhouse food facilities, after several reminders they served breakfast from outside.no toiletries, practically most poor service ever had. You must break tie-up with this hotel.

The staff was so rude and rooms had a lot of small and insects inside, they even charged extra for the stay !
