Providing excellent service and accurate billing is our priority , and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this instance . To clarify , the items in the minibar , including the labeled water bottles , are available for purchase , as noted int the in-room menu and policy information provided during check-in . The price is higher than the retail price due to the service and convenience we provide . Complimentary water is typically provided as Two small Bottles renewed daily , or a water station in the lobby . Ms. Simrn we are completely disagree with this statement , the lighting of lights could be less in night , but its impossible lights are fully turn off in night time . we knows the safety , protocols and standards of hospitality service and we serve the better accordingly . In this era everyone becomes smart and work smartly , and some guests like to demanding high standards services according to them with paying low . Instead of it sometimes giving logics an many petitions . Although , i personally grabbed your luggage from your hand at the main gate and brought you inside . I made your father sit on the sofa and offered him water . My boy dropped you off in your room . The room you were assigned was fresh and properly cleaned and prepared . all guests are assigned clean rooms . your room already had the towels placed . you requested us to laundry change . your laundry was replaced and your bedsheets were changed . Furthermore , our hotel elevator didn't stop in once single time during your stay . My boy did not say no to you once to not change the room laundry bedsheets . its worth that the telephone in that room was not working . we sincerely apologize for that .
