Overall the experience was good, The food was delicious and Supportive hotel staff. Location is fine

I booked 2 rooms and paid in advance whereas when we reached hotel, at the reception I have been told that although you have booked 2 rooms but only 1 adult can stay in one room, at my surprise he told me that although their rooms and beds are dual occupancy but still I have not selected 4 adults which was quite unusual for me.after a dispute I have called owner of hotel who said that you can 800 rs extra an stay and later got convinced in 500 rs extra. I didn’t mind paying extra but this approach was absolutely unacceptable. Why would I book 2 rooms if there only 2 adults.

the hotel room was average and the staff service was ok, but the food quality was very very bad both for dinner & breakfast.

Our stay at Amritsar Hotel was for 2 days. we have booked 3 triple occupancy rooms with breakfast and our overall stay experience was very good. The location is close to the Golden Temple. The staff at the hotel was nice & humble. The hotel breakfast has limited options which can be improved by adding more options.

Decent room for a couple of days' stay. It has all the facilities mentioned in the section; however, the nearby road is dusty, so bring a mask or handkerchief.

The hotel is below average. The bathrooms were not kept clean. All towels provided were wet most of the time.. I had to ask them to replace it with dry ones. No night light system. Either too much of light or complete darkness. Don't go as per pictures provided.

The room is good but toiletries are not provided in the bathroom. The bath towels are hard and not so good quality. I told the reception for shower gel which was empty but they did not refill it. Overall, it was an average stay.

location was very poor sewer was overflowing in front of the entrance of the hotel Bathroom was OK but doosher was was terrible 😔😔 There was no exclusive parking for cars

I am very happy with the cleanliness and the behaviour of staff and also one of the good worth the price hotel in Amritsar.

Very bad experience. I asked for compensation to makemytrip but they denied. Never book from makemytrip.
