Basic amenities had to be asked again and again. They charged an entire day’s amount for 2 hours delay in checkout. They did the same with fellow solo travellers as well.

The Hosteller Amritsar is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect — very close to the Golden Temple, which makes visiting it extremely convenient. Property location and maintenance is good. We got early check in as well. Air conditioning in the room was not consistent and availability of hot water was an issue. Hotel staff was not available for attending the air conditioning issue. Food service in the cafe was very slow, waited 2 hrs for the order

Poor because i dont find bed sheets , quilts and bath towels fine and even water bottle then 2 days of stay 2nd day we got room cleaned but they didn’t clean bathroom neither changed towels so its disgusting
