Must read before booking especially dorms

Experience was not good but important details of the room like no latch in dorm rooms, people just enter without prior permission,no towels, no toiletries, restrictions of various types ,hot water only at particular timings

The one thing I did not enjoy was the road in front of the hosteller but it was a minor inconvenience. The hosteller was clean. The location was near the places we wanted to visit. They allowed us to check in early.

Poor experience

Basic amenities had to be asked again and again. They charged an entire day’s amount for 2 hours delay in checkout. They did the same with fellow solo travellers as well.

The Hosteller Amritsar is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect — very close to the Golden Temple, which makes visiting it extremely convenient. We stayed for 2 days, and the stay was quite comfortable and convenient. The staff was polite and quick to respond. The room had all the major amenities and that was good price for that money.

Property location and maintenance is good. We got early check in as well. Air conditioning in the room was not consistent and availability of hot water was an issue. Hotel staff was not available for attending the air conditioning issue. Food service in the cafe was very slow, waited 2 hrs for the order
