    Roow location is good. But facilities and service not batter . Bakefast, lanch and dinar facilities not available . Hotel not provide Wi-Fi facilities, and not cleaning beedsheet, Tv cables no signal and close before turning

    The room was nice. Location is better for tourist. Service is good. All facility is nice for every time. So such a good expereance. Please watch this rivew and go to this hotel. And also activity of all facility providing is faster than other.

    Worst rooms never would ho in this hotel. No kitchen. Neber world go ghere I am telling you bad staff baad rooms smelly rooms. No hyene no cleanliness bad location no worth it No fayda to going there

    I had booked 2 non AC standard rooms. They gave us rooms on 2nd floor. The steps are very steep which was difficult for my parents 55yrs and 60yrs to climb. Hot water is only available from 5am to 10am which I think is not enough in winters. One of the rooms not even had hot water. Overall the room was OK with only one socket to charge our phones.

    Not sure how makemytrip has tied up with this third class hotel. This was the last time that I have used MMT for hotel booking (I didn't expect that I would be booking such cheap hotel through MMT). MMT... You lost one customer. Room was too suffocated and overpriced. Room was too congested and I regret why I booked this hotel. No geysers in washroom ( NO 24*7 warm water ). They called me up 0n 29th Nov morning and asked " Sir aap log naha lijiye. Warna garam pani khatam ho jaayega". Next day. They have to provide us a separate bucket of warm water as it was not available via tap. I asked MMT that I need to add 1 member during my stay in Hotel Hilro and they responded that hotel will charge me 300 Rs per night to which I was ok. But from the time I checked in till check out they reminded me almost every time that sir you have to pay 300 Rs per night for extra person ( as if I will run away without paying them). Coming on to the room conditions and other accessories provided to us. They gave us just 2 blankets ( for 4 adults). Pillow covers were bit torn ed up and untidy... Sofa was dirty too. There was NO water cooler on the floor and you have to pay them extra for the packaged water every time you ask them for the water bottles. Coming on to washroom, it was a small and dirty washroom and the toilet seat was too close to washbasin that your face might be touching the edge of washbasin (while using the toilet seat). This is seriously ridiculous. Stairs were too short and narrow that you might slip every-time while using it ( if you are even 1% careless you are at serious injury risk too). I was too cautious regarding this that every time my parents were using stairs I have to send my younger brother to take care of them. Coming on to WiFi, I asked them to share the login password with us to which he said that it is on available on 2nd floor whereas I can clearly see the 2nd floor network in the available network list. TV was too Oldfield too. At the time of check out I was expecting an electronic bill to be provided to us. When I asked for bill he said... "Sir aapko company mein lagana hai kya? " What does this mean? When I said yes... Then he started to prepare some manual bill on some yellow colored book (Mind you... That he provided me the bill for the extra amount (extra person charges + water bottle charges that hotel charged to me. I asked him to give me the complete bill to which he said... "Woe to MMT dega na sir". Seriously... This means I can't even ask him to give me the complete bill on hotel's name. I have to pay him in cash finally... As they do not have any swipe machine with them for digital payments. I would request everyone. To refrain yourself from booking this hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip.
