Room service is not encouraging. We have to wait almost an hour to get drinking water despite calling a couple of times to them. small bottles are placed in the room . They must enhance room service . One should not wait for drinking water at least.

Hotel is centrally located at posh residential in Jalandhar. The stay started with warm welcome at front office by very courteous and helpful staff,ready to listen, by providing assistance. The room,s were well decorated and with full modern amenities. My recent stay at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham in Jalandhar was a truly delightful experience. Location : I was visiting at Khambra church so this hotel wasn’t too far away so it was not so hectic to travel and as the hotel is in a prime location I had an opportunity to visit nearby malls. Food: The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, Chole bathure, aloo paratha, idli, Masala Omlette, Dosa and lot more the hospitality of the restaurant and hotel staff was excellent they were all smiling and ready to serve you. Facilities: The fitness center was well-equipped with modern equipment, I also appreciated the Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout the hotel. Overall: Overall, my stay at the Hotel Ramada encore by Wyndham Jalandhar exceeded my expectations. The combination of a convenient location, excellent food, outstanding facilities, and attentive service made for a truly memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

2 night stay with breakfast as inclusion and it was a nice spread and tasty , had buffet dinner which was also good . Staff was nice and polite and service was good . Only issue was vallet parking people who left my car unlocked on road for almost 6 hours and it was me who accidently saw it and told them but their response was pathetic.
