The entrance lobby is beautiful. Hotel room has old heritage vibe . But in terms of hospitality it could be bit better, I didn’t feel welcome by the reception person at the time of check in. The food menu is limited . Not much items in Appetizer

Don’t go by its name. Poor courtesy for the guests. Person at reception lacks basic training that he needs to resolve any basic request instead of saying there is a different department which is not available. Swimming pool was full of bats YES because of which we booked this hotel and couldn’t use it and no one helped. I don’t know what will happen if there is genuine emergency to anyone in the pool, no one cares to come and help. no one replies even so may calls at reception. Not taking name of the person but you need to improve a lot if you are taking good room charges from guest.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, but We would like to inform you that the timings of the swimming pool in our hotel are 06:30 am to 07:00 pm but you were allowed till 9 o'clock because you had kids with you. When you and your family were using the pool, you called at around 8 o'clock and asked for an attendant, we informed the boy at the health club but he was a little late in reaching as he was busy in the gym with other guests and after a little time of calling, you came to the lobby and started shouting and were asking for a refund. At that time, the manager who was on duty met you and everything was explained to you. He told you that the pool attendant is not available after 7 pm.
