I recently booked a stay at ITC fortune Hotel, Jalandhar through MakeMyTrip, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the smooth check-in process to the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay was handled with professionalism and care. The food was truly exceptional, the service top-notch, and housekeeping was consistently impeccable. I’d especially like to highlight Juhi Bhardwaj, who played a key role in making my stay memorable. Her attention to detail, constant check-ins to ensure my comfort, and genuine hospitality stood out. Whether it was making sure I had my meals on time or offering timely assistance, she was always there. Juhi is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the team. Exceptional Stay – A True Home Away From Home! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the impeccable service and warm hospitality at Hotel Fortune Every detail, from the friendly front desk staff to the beautifully maintained rooms, exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, spacious offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, premium toiletries, and complimentary refreshments. The Fortune Avenue, Jalandhar - Member ITC Hotels' Group amenities were top-notch— the delicious breakfast buffet, everything was handled with care and attention to quality. Special shoutout to our front desk ROHIT and our food server MAMTA who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Fortune Avenue. The staff was supportive and soft spoken. The rooms were good and so was the food. Even complimentary baby food was offered (ofcourse you need to request). Only negative point was housekeeping. They seemed to be inexperienced as in a room of two there were only 1 set of toiletries especially tooth brush. Further, after cleaning used towels were not replaced with new ones on their own. Although we got everything in the end but we had to call asking for the same.

Wonderful hospitality with warmth of home. Clean property with delicious food with many varieties. Reasonable price for high end luxury . Staff is very helping and humble to its guests. Look forward to check in the same property again .

I found this Fortune Avenue, Jalandhar - Member ITC Hotels' Group ambience good and hygiene, also there is a backdrop of noise leak from other rooms. Sometimes one find it is your room getting knocked. funny.

Location - accessible and at good place. Food - Limited veg option but served in hot condition amenities - Five star for all amenities.

The stay was good including the dinning and room service. variety of things in breakfast. especially mentioning the Chai.....

Stay was great, staff was helpful, good food, they can add smart tv .. for more entertainment... in all was great stay.
