Fortune Beach Resort ECR, Chennai - Member ITC Hotels' Group

Overall Stay was good . We stayed for 4 nights came for family vacation. This is new property quite away from city and main road. The approach road is still village road with construction in progress and journey at night can be very challenging. First we had to pay for extra amount almost 4000K per day as we understood Make my trip room is not the actual room we are thinking of...the rooms which are being showcased in Make My Trip Portal are all backyard room with poor light and on Ground floor. We were on a long staying plan so could not accept Make my trip offer. Overall Food, Room was quite comfortable although i found the room bit expensive based on similar category Fortune Beach Resort ECR, Chennai - Member ITC Hotels' Group available . The Property started one year ago and the approach road is almost 800 meter inside small lane which is not build up yet and quite bumpy and challenging at night. The property got 40 rooms with double storied bungalow . Please note that not all villas are beach facing . So be careful while booking from Make My trip. Otherwise the property is located on the beach and quite and calm which will help you to relax . Staff behavior is quite good . Food menus are quite repeating in Breakfast . In room dining too need some improvement ...

I stayed with my family for a weekend one night, we booked two rooms. Pros 1. The room is very spacious and also the toilet 2. Private access to sea 3. Big size swimming pool with clear water and amenities 4. Morning breakfast is good mostly south Indian. Have Live counter for dosa and omlette. The fresh juice was not good Cons 1. Wifi not working 2. One of our room at ground floor was stinking 3. Response from front desk is slow 4. Hot water issue in one room Over all we enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to our friends

Hotel was awesome me and my son Neil. We enjoyed a lot. We enjoyed the pool. The nature and everything. The hospitality of the staffs was really awesome. I would like to specially tag Roshni for the efforts she toook to make our stay wonderful. Thank you.
