VGP Golden Beach Resort

Affordable price and comfortable stay. Room cleanliness was good. But still needs improvement Food in the restaurant was over priced. It needs to be reduced Access to beach is the best thing. Toilet cleanliness can be improved. Overall it was a nice and peaceful stay.😊

The stay was awesome, room was big and comfy. But few wardrobe doors were broken. We opted for garden view room, from there we need to walk a bit for the reception, lawn and beach. AC ventilation was not proper, chillness didn't reach our bed properly. Prices are bit high for the service provided.

Good stay but fel uncomfortable with less AC flow in room then we called service support then they provided standing fan... expensive restaurants inside vgp.

Yes property food, hygiene on room maintenance can be improved, overall had a pleasant experience!

Location is good, but very few food options and untrained staff with very ignorant attitude.. maintenance is average and no proper guidance to guests. Rooms are big but poor maintenance and takes ages to drain out water from bathroom. Overall Huge property with poor maintenance.

Hi Team, Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The room had a bad smell, was not clean, and there were multiple electrical issues during the stay. The overall maintenance of the property was very poor. Not recommended unless these basic things are improved.

Staffs are good and hospitality are good. But no proper maintenance in room. Not even cleaned the varandah rooms. The food is very costly in their restaurant. For this price we could have got good star hotel to stay. Even they provided only water bottles and that too a fake bisleri water this is too bad to have. Dont even provided the proper floor mat, if we enquire about it they will not place it. . The garden location with beautiful ambience thats the only good thing. Overall its poor to stay. Not worth for money

Had a great experience. For each query the receptionists responds very well .

1. Instead of 2 p.m, Check in was provided at 2:30p.m 2. Swimming Pool was under maintenance for all the 3 days. 3. Intercom was not available. 4. Rooms are not that much clean. Found dead insects inside cupboards, dead cockroach in the bed. 5. Battery operated car was not available due to which felt very difficult to go to the adjacent areas also. 6. Indoor games- Except carrom board Most of the games items are in damaged condition. 7. This is the 4th time i stayed in the resort. Compared to previous stays, cost of the food is very very high.

Resort name boards was not displayed on main road House keeping not done on 2nd day of stay Bed linen was not hygenic AC inside room was an old one and not working properly Breakfast was good Indoor activities was not good....can improve a lot...

Many Negatives:Room neatness to be improved, many lizards are in room at night and my kids was afraid. Swimming pool tiles are broken in many places. Few positives: Breakfast was good. Room is spacious and bathroom was ok.

Specious room but not well maintenance, food too costly and not worth for money

VGP needed to improve the room ambience, The plug was not proper and the rest room water flow was very slow, overall room was in very average condition, no proper indoor game and kids play area to play, other than that food was good
