Location is good but not at all maintained, staff is good, food is average, not much variety and overpriced

Great stay. Clean rooms. Good food. Good service.

A state was not that great. The room and the property was not maintained properly. Also, the basic communities like kettle and the water tabs on which the water was also not there. Water was not flowing properly and also cat was also not there and room seem to be very dusty near the windows and curtains everywhere, so it could have been done better for the money which we paid.

Except nearby sea, nothing nice. Especially room very old. High fee , high food cost, a family with 4 persons can stay easily but they are allowing only 2persons.

The experience was average.. Positives: room and bathroom were spacious and clean Negatives: No kettle, we asked for ground floor rooms as we had elders with us but were denied , food is very expensive, service is poor

Stayed in garden view room, it was comfortable but had to call reception frequently for basic amenities like water,towels, tea kit etc . Would be nice for resort people to maintain a checklist and get it signed by customers during checkin at the room.. so that they can ensure all required amenities are present at the time of checkin . Also not affected but still had some lizards lingering in the room which they could have avoided Lastly the stairs to the rooms was not maintained and sweeped. That needs a look seriously

Worst resort. Poorly maintained. There is no dedicated housekeeping contact. No basic services like fresh towels, toiletries, etc. We were not able to get even water bottles after contacting reception 5 times Restaurant Korkai is just overpriced and mediocre menu. Don’t ruin your weekend here

Food price increased triple the rates

VGP beath resort is very average for the cost they charging. Check in and check out process is smooth. They have good open space for parking. We can park our car near by room itself. Resort is covered with good trees and stone carvings. Room is decent. Bathroom is very bad and smelly _ this is main reason for rating 3. Buffet complementary breakfast is tasty with limited dishes. Over all decent and good stay.

Affordable price and comfortable stay. Room cleanliness was good. But still needs improvement Food in the restaurant was over priced. It needs to be reduced Access to beach is the best thing. Toilet cleanliness can be improved. Overall it was a nice and peaceful stay.😊

The stay was awesome, room was big and comfy. But few wardrobe doors were broken. We opted for garden view room, from there we need to walk a bit for the reception, lawn and beach. AC ventilation was not proper, chillness didn't reach our bed properly. Prices are bit high for the service provided.

Good stay but fel uncomfortable with less AC flow in room then we called service support then they provided standing fan... expensive restaurants inside vgp.

Yes property food, hygiene on room maintenance can be improved, overall had a pleasant experience!

Location is good, but very few food options and untrained staff with very ignorant attitude.. maintenance is average and no proper guidance to guests. Rooms are big but poor maintenance and takes ages to drain out water from bathroom. Overall Huge property with poor maintenance.

Hi Team, Unfortunately, this was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The room had a bad smell, was not clean, and there were multiple electrical issues during the stay. The overall maintenance of the property was very poor. Not recommended unless these basic things are improved.
