We had a wonderful stay. Very good atmosphere. We can access private stone beach and sand beach at same place. Food cost is very high even they charge 300 rupees for coffee, white rice. Some times we have to wait for an hour for a food order get delivered.

We had a comfortable stay at the mgm beach resorts. Even though the facility was undergoing a small renovation, it was not in any way disturbing the stay itself. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially Mimota and Anto. The area is huge and the kids enjoyed the premises a lot. The facility got damaged recently by sea waves so they lost a good part of the beach they once had, so that is made up by opening up an area near the restaurant, but if you have visited their beach in the past , you may feel a bit missing. But this would still be one of the best resorts around the ECR.

We had booked a pet friendly room worth , but they charged at the MGM resorts. I can't believe that they don't give water for free. I paid 850 for two water bottles and two sprite cans. I don't think I'll ever come back to MGM beach resort

Resort was good and we enjoyed our stay. Bathroom lock was broken. Tariff was on the higher side as it was a weekend. Staff was friendly and beach access was wonderful. High tea was not available for the duration mentioned.

Good stay . Price was upper side due to long weekend. Worth if you get rooms under 10 K. Cafeteria was not having ala carte option for dinner and they were serving buffet, which is not an ideal choice

We stayed at MGM Beach Resort near Mahabalipuram for two nights with family. The overall experience was decent, though not exceptional considering the price. The resort’s location is lovely, with well-maintained gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The swimming pool was clean and a hit with the kids, and the private beach added to the scenic value—though beach access felt a bit restricted at times due to safety concerns. Rooms were average. While the beds were comfortable, the interiors felt a little outdated and in need of maintenance. We also faced some issues with the AC not cooling properly and the bathroom not being as clean as expected. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the staff at the restaurant were generally courteous. However, the à la carte food was overpriced and service was quite slow during peak hours. Some resort staff were friendly and helpful, but overall, service felt inconsistent—especially when we needed housekeeping or technical assistance in the room.
