Location is very good. Food taste was average only including the buffey and very expensive. Ambience is very good. Some games inside the resort is payable which can be given free. Late check out should be allowed to some extent atleast 1 hour minimum.

We reached the resort, but none of the staff came to help with our luggage. Instead, they asked us to park in the parking area and said their staff would assist once they were free. Eventually, we had to carry our luggage ourselves. After checking into the room, we tried to turn on the TV but found the remote broken. There was no Wi-Fi connection either. Despite multiple calls and requests to the service desk, no one responded. Later at night, one of the staff members came and said he would send the IT person responsible for Wi-Fi, but no one ever came. During checkout, they surprisingly asked us to pay for the broken TV remote, which led to a heated argument. To make things worse, one of their restaurant staff called at 11:00 p.m. asking us to order milk, claiming we would get a 20% discount on our next order — which felt very unprofessional. The room was not clean, there were many mosquitoes, and the beach was not easily accessible. The waves were also quite dangerous. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort for a family outing.

Poor Stay

room was not having proper lights, there was some lights working somewhere not. It was raining continuously during our stay and water were inside so much near to the dorr till the cupboard. After multiple times mentioned also no one came to clean.. place was good restaurant was good. But stay and service was not up to the mark....

Rooms need renovation I stayed in 514 category rooms Though being a 4 star resort TV still is out dated and works on DTh with no proper connection Room and bathroom lights are very poor and doesn’t work sometimes Less brightness due to light If it rains water comes inside from the door as there is a gap downside near to door Resort, restaurant and view is very good Can have a very good time as they have indoor activities and beach

Review of MGM Beach Resort – Disappointing Experience

Our recent stay at MGM Beach Resort was quite underwhelming and certainly not worth the amount we paid. We had booked a pet-friendly room, but other than a small enclosed lawn, there was nothing truly pet-friendly about it. The room was small, the walls were damp, and the restroom had a persistent unpleasant smell. The TV did not function, and even after it was replaced, it still didn’t work. Later, due to a short circuit, an electrician advised us to move to another room - it was already around 11 pm. The space was too cramped for three adults, and it was inconvenient for our pet as well — we couldn’t keep the pet inside due to limited space or outside because of numerous stray dogs roaming around the property. We had no choice but to adjust for one night before being shifted to an upgraded room the next morning, which was definitely better but did not make up for the overall inconvenience. Overall, the experience was average at best and not worth the premium pricing.

MGM Resorts got an excellent location advantage! Right adjacent to the sea shore with spectacular views. Rooms are maintained well and the service is good! A little under staffed in a restaurant probably because of festival days.

Good place but worst service and old room c

location and place is very good and children can enjoy, but rooms are old and I found dead cakroch inside the room and wall was ugly. but other than room location is very beautiful. second is very pathetic service. they dont treat all guest equally specially yesterday 18th oct night , song of the sea/ocean we with family went for dinner we just enquired the person in counter not even looked at us while replying us. so we left from there. magic person is very good and few staff are good but never felt like I stayed in good place. over all if you need good service just skip this but if you ok with service you don't have anything to complaint except food price for 4 star rated resort price is too high

A Great Location along the East Coast but the shore line has changed drastically with beach sand erosion fully compared to a decade ago ; Very good parking area with Electric vehicle for movement to and from cottages; Pleasant staff in reception/restaurant/drivers; Restaurant food is very good more than enough quantity but quite expensive on room service; Garden and Lawns are well maintained; Cottage rooms are spacious but bathroom shower cubicle drains are chocked with slow draining of water leading to small flood inside cubicle. Hope this is improved. Overall a very good place for weekend stay.

Although the interior of Room 612 was pleasant, our experience was negatively impacted by a very foul smell outside the door. Furthermore, the beach and swimming pool were inconveniently far from our room. The complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight, but the prices for everything else were far too expensive.
