I booked a cottage room but they my room and allotted room was 416. It did not have fire detection system, bathroom is not friendly, you have stand in bath tub and take bath but getting inside bath tub is a challenge for people with back pain and difficult for old people. The reception has 10 steps and you have to carry luggage lifting it. No ramp available. The building Kings where I stayed, I did not see any security or attendant in ground floor till night 10 PM. The AC fixed took almost 4 hours to cool the room. The capacity is insufficient. The electricity gets disconnected immediately when we remove the key making it dark room. There should be lag of 20 to 30 seconds as seen in all hotels. The cost of inroom are very high when compared to standard of room.

Beautiful property with lush lawns, sports area, and good breakfast. But service is poor — our confirmed double bed booking was ignored despite having a baby, meals took over an hour, and we had an unsafe late-night incident with someone knocking on our door at 12:30 am over a non-urgent matter. Guest safety and professionalism need serious improvement. Disappointing Stay – Safety & Service Concerns The resort’s surroundings are undeniably beautiful — vast green lawns, a sports area, children’s play zone, and a swimming pool. Breakfast had good variety with prompt service. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Despite booking a double bed (clearly stated in our reservation), we were given a twin bed. I was traveling with my 6-month-old baby, and a double bed was essential for safety. There were vacant rooms, yet repeated requests for a change were ignored. Service quality outside breakfast was unacceptable — meals took over an hour to arrive. The worst was a serious late-night safety incident. Around 12:30 am, someone not in uniform knocked on our door multiple times about our parked bike — which had been allowed earlier by the guard on duty. Waking guests at midnight for a non-urgent matter is completely unprofessional, especially when the caller was not identifiable as staff. Our room landline was not working, making communication impossible. This was both unsafe and unacceptable. A property with such potential is being let down by poor service, disregard for guest safety, and unprofessional handling of issues. I would not recommend this resort until these problems are addressed.

groupProperty is great, staff is overall very helpful (especially the security staff). People at the front desk could use a crash course in how to courteously talk to people. Hotel doesn’t have to be stingy with things like water bottles. We asked for 4 after a long day outside, and they told us they can only give us 2. This happened multiple times.

The hotel is pleasing to the eye with beautiful aesthetic and polite staff. The reception area seemed dull. I arrived quite late and upon going to the restaurant for a light dinner always distraught to see beautiful venues spoil the experience through abundance of meat (which Indians like to call 'non-veg' because it is a softer blow and lighter to take - maybe perpetuating a lie). India should return to more Satvikam and purity, any place cannot be truly 'sauca' (clean and pure) without 'Ahimsa' (non-violence) which creates harmony inside and outside. Please consider this change and by promoting Veda Dharma your business will improve and the energy of the space will become more enlivened and become very successful. (Slight issue, rooms are heavily fragranced with artificial fragrance/aur fresheners which was overwhelming)

businessMm t and plea-sent day resort have not supported for my refund at the time of natural calamities where i could not able to reach chennai due to flight cancellation due to bad weather conditions. I am a platinum member and both the agencies are lying for giving me the refund. I am going to delete the mm t app from my mobile and will not use hence forth. If they are not understanding our issues, then forget it.

The hotel is very beautiful and the picturesque nature also gives another impression of staying in this place, which i will stay in again when i come to india. The rooms are clean and the restaurant has a team with the highest level of professionalism and the speed of meeting all requests. There is also a receptionist and a technical team to solve all technical problems. They are respectful and very good helpers
