They are not giving accommodation

great and comfortable stay...in the heart of the city....good food..staff was courteous and the breakfast spread was awesome

First of all, I had already requested for early check in but neither make up trip neither the hotel helped me in that, and after waiting for 3-4 hours I was checked in late. The time was 9 am but it took them 30 mins more. The overall experience was not that great!

The room was not properly noise shielded. You can easily loose your sleep if someone from the next room is talking or watching TV

The stay and food was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Hotel room was very small, it was smaller and then for night is huge on weekdays. Even the room was of non-smoking category however it was having bad cigarette smell.

Check-in experience was too pathetic. The reception staff were untrained and unprofessional.

Half dead cockroach found in the room. Bathroom flooded while showering even aftet door carefully and fully closed. Washbasin sink also almost blocked. Mosquitoes in the room. Construction noise in the room above or adjacent. Laundry not in the hotel. They had to send it somewhere for washing. I had to move to another hotel to continue my stay in Chennai. Never staying in any ITC hotels.

It was great, exceptional hospitality, provided solution to each and everything. I wanted to withdraw cash from SBI ATM at night, Hotel provided its own car without charging anything. My room was upgraded without request. Taxi for my visit was arranged in a shirt span of time.

The stay at welcomhotel was overall nice experience. Food also Good. One negative was minor discomfort in using the bathroom shower

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.

The room was very nice. The food was good and the staff was warm. I would definitely recommend the hotel

As soon as I said Day Booking, all the staff behaved like they were begging someone. The worst experience for me. Checkout time is 6 pm. My room card was deactivated at 5 pm. They activated it after I told them that I will check out at sharp 6 pm .

while check in they kept me wtng for long where as my checkin time was 9am I came at 12 eventhough they took long time & they were busy on there mobile finally got key at 12.35

Excellent Stay and ambience. Definitely will recommend for friends and relatives.......
