The location is good and easy to travel , room ambience is good and nearby taynampet metro.

The rooms were filthy, with unwashed bedsheets and cat litter around. The staff was unresponsive, making it an overall awful experience.

No blankets avilable, double bed are separate two bed.

I had booked the room at least 15 days in advance. However, upon arrival, the receptionist initially claimed that no rooms were available. After tensed argument a room was eventually provided after 1 hour. Unfortunately, the room lacked basic amenities - there were no blankets, the fan switch was broken, and no soap or handwash was provided. The ventilation of room was equally bad. Totally not worth.

Location is good. Did not have any food. Amenities ZERO. They gave me towel but no soap. There was no liquid or any other soap in bathrooom, so after toilet i had a challenge. I asked for a pull over they gave me bed sheet. The attendant was very good though in conversation and gave me a wake up call at 5.45am as requested. Water heater was in the room, however the tap had only one outlet for both hot and cold water for having bath. So that was another challenge.

Very good hotel, near & clean, coperative staff. Restaurants are nearly walkable distance.

The property can be accessed from the highway itself, although the entrance to the property is small. The rooms are quiet and cool, when compared to the streets. The bathroom is properly maintained and has hot water. The room is sufficiently spacious. Daily morning breakfast was included with our booking and the food was perfect. Upon request, an extra bed was provided and the service was excellent, especially Mr. Loganathan, who helped us very much. This property is perfect for a comfortable and homely stay. Best stay I ever had at Chennai, while also considering the budget.

I found property in MMT, thought it is very good and also selected option early checkin at 7am. And when I arrived at hotel, the staff asked extra amount Rs.300 for checkin and didn't agree for any request of me. The room was average, in evening lot of insects filled so I had to switch off lights and checked out early. Extra charged for early checkin, don't select any checkin request. Not worth of money.

Dirty, toilet is terrible. Dingy. Fan not properly working. Location is commercial area. It doesn’t worth at all

Wardrobe is not clean and bad smell, at-least one hanger facility is not there. Vantilation is not there. Ac is good, washroom is good maintained, road connectivity is best

Excellent service and property is cleaned. The location is also nearby and the staff are very cooperative.

Overall a good and comforting stay. Surrounded is also good. Easily food court and tea stalls are available. Cleanness is not good bathroom is in bad condition

Had a nice and comfortable stay. The staff are very kind and more over it's located in the centre of the city. I recommend this guest house for all family and bachelor people.

Hi gm hotel was ok ok but the staff was rude in. Call when asked about the stay he no first. He said that it is double bed how can i give u for single person. It a family room. In that i had checked in late in by 10 45 pm and checked out by 7. 45. Am. And proper maintenance. On hot water. No bed cover.

I just see the room it's poor so that i cancel-led the booking in hotel. And i took another hotel for stay purpose

Rooms were nice and clean, washroom was super clean also room attendant was quite polite in behaviour and had assisted me wherever possible during my stay. Over all it was a nice experience
