worst hotel with no hot water
No hot water in the hotel and the reason the hotel staff gave was the heater not working for past 12 hrs lol . Worst hotel .

Pleasant stay
We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff, especially in the restaurant and the housekeeping. Had an excellent conversation with chef shibu. The rooms are quite good, but a lot of the appliances seem a little dated. It took a very long time for the air-conditioning to actually cool the room when we checked it, which was not very pleasant. The response time for coming and checking the air-conditioning was way too long for a hotel of this category. While it falls under the business hotel category it really would not do any harm to add some form of indoor recreation like a games room. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Very bad experiance
I was staying in room no 408 of hotel hilton chennai checked in on 8th oct 24. Mr ma-lick was on the reception counter. He told-me that my booking was with out breakfast. If i book the breakfast now it will be rs 1000- per head and if i directly go to restaurant then it will be rs 1200- per head. Kindly confirm that my stay was without breakfast thanks
