The place is broken, we had to ask for aminities wifi available after 9 in morning, if you have to go out pay and move

The hotel had poor hygiene standards. The room was damp and had a bad odor, the towels were dirty, and the plates in the restaurant were not properly cleaned.

Had a great stay at Klase, room and corridor was clean and tidy. Highly recommended

Low quality services. not at all worth the cost. the plug points are loose, the electric kettle switch is faulty and gives shock, the bathroom floors are dirty and you may spend the entire day guessing what makes more noise, the AC or the bathroom exhaust.

Not recommended. They tried to charge us extra by claiming that we broke their key. Not worth the money, and the breakfast is poor. The management is also rude. Definitely not recommended.

Location is horrible , very lonely road , adjacent to railway line , nor slept whole night , dinner was horrible , morning bed tea denied; breakfast time is too late 8am not acceptable .... reception staff cooperative ...

the receptionist is over smart and very unprofessional. actually we requested for the early check-in in in advance. but they have not agreed and we are redqy to pay the early check-in charges . they said we don't have ethe rooms. after argue with them , they have given the room for us. we paid for the early check-in and requested for the break fast. the receptionist said we will not provide. then we discussed with the manager. he agreed and provided the break fast. the below issues are for your information. 1. unprofessional staff 2. in the lift it is very smelly. 3. breakfast is very worst 4. the staff was very commercial 5. even they doesn't have ethe wash rooms in the lobby. 6. finally not at all worthy for the money.

I stayed for 3 days , first two days no wifi and 3rd day no lift and because of this I forget my AirPod in room and it showing there in my finds app of my Apple phone but they are not returning it , pls do not stay in this hotel ever

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell throughout. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I brought up my concerns. Basic amenities were lacking or poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or restful stay.

I was allotted room no 403. The room is very small with walls full of stain. Hotel should stop renting out such rooms. Probably they have kept such room for MMT. Very bad experiance.

First the good points. Quite a quiet location. Cleanliness pretty good. Quite nice breakfast; very good tastes of sambar, rasam, dosa. And most of all very helpful and cooperative staff - unlike some of my past experiences in Chennai where few were outright hostile. Next the not so good points. Place is past it's prime. Many things are in dilapidated condition. AC was not cooling so I requested to change the room. Intercom was not working. Wifi not working. Bathroom door lock was damaged. Wash basin had cracks. Overall good.

Firstly, Locality is in an isolated place but well connected to Guindy & Other areas Secondly, coming to the stay, it's an average room but maintained, and the room view is good from here. Third, they are required to upgrade their hospitality & food service, as the variety of in-house food is very less, and food tastes are very basic, not hyped. Overall, it's a value for staying in the low-range segment, but not fully relevant for a business stay for long.

When I was in check-in,there is no one in reception,then hotel room was not absolutely fine for that amount,Fan making so much noise and there is so much dust in AC....

property is Centrally located in guindy, close to guindy metro station. restaurant food is tasty, breakfast spread is limited. rooms needs maintenance and should be better illuminated and clean

Location: Not convenient, isolated and difficult to get a cab as many cab drivers get confused. Internet not working or connection issues - hotel staff were not able to resolve it. TV not working, after complain, got it started. Food is overpriced

We had a pleasant stay! the property view was amazing. The hotel service was good. The rooms were well maintained.

Neat clean ,easy to check in. Restaurant service is good. Reception people are good. Room service is awesome.

There is no maintenance at all. The coffee mug they gave at room service was not at all washed. Ac was not working properly and very small bathroom. I don’t suggest this stay to anyone.
