The hotel.states its in panjim but its a good 6 or 7 km from panjim main city. As u booked from make my trip they do not add my points to my membership i also booked a spa no points so what the hell is happening. The rooms are very very far from.lift 428 was my room and very far the breakfast was crap and I asked for a coffee took me 45 mins to give me one

The location is amazing. There is no other property like this in this area. Property looks new only even though is isn’t. So well maintained. The pool is the best location and the breakfast was great too. The service and staff everything is excellent. You will definitely enjoy your stay. There are games and football basketball turf space as well. Rooms are spacious enough and no complaints.

The stay was really awesome. We were greeted very warmly by the staff . We got the welcome drink and cookies just after entering the hotel . A manager was assigned to us who can assist us if anything was to be arranged by the hotel or if we had any concern . We were also greeted by fruits in the room . The view from the room was of river which was really beautiful. The food was awesome and top notch . We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel itself . There is also infinity pool . There is wellness spa also where we got foot massage and it was a really refreshing experience.The overall stay at hilton was excellent.

Property was clean and well maintained food in Comida is very tasty and have vivid range. specially the south Indian food was very good. Restaurant staff Mr Chandan, Ms alle were quite supportive. on the front desk Ms Simran, Ms Bulbul, Mr Guru and Mr Babbu were very helpful. GYM have limited space and machines but its good. Pool is clean and beautiful.

We had booked 4 rooms (including paid forest view rooms) at DoubleTree Hilton Panaji for a family holiday — but the experience was far from 5-star. Despite booking 3 weeks in advance, we were told at check-in that our forest view rooms were “sold out.” After 4 hours of follow-ups, 2 forest view rooms were finally given — but on a different floor, splitting our family of 8 and ruining our trip. Rooms were poorly maintained: squeaky furniture, clogged bathroom drain, and a non-working telephone. Definitely not the standard expected from Hilton. What should’ve been a relaxing trip turned into stress and disappointment. Hilton really needs to do better — this felt more like 2-star service at 5-star pricing.

One of the best experience in Goa

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Panaji, and overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The highlight of the stay was without a doubt the staff — incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Location is perfect with stunning view of mandovi river and main city just 10mins away. Breakfast spread is good mix of Indian and continental.Spa service was excellent

Perfect place for a cozy stay. You’ll be mesmerized by the view. We went during the start of summer but were blessed with monsoon. Let’s say the weather as gracious and the river view offered by the hotel was just amazing.
