Ciroc Hotel

Though the staff was very helpful, the room did not had proper hot water as they have mentioned in their amenities also the tv wasn't working. The comforter that was on our bed was burnt. I would have given only 1 star for the hotel, extra 2 stars are for the staff.

The hotel was undergoing renovation. They were not in a position to accept bookings. There was only one staff person present who said he was not aware that the owner has taken booking. Previous day before check-in we had called the hotel on the number provided by mm t to confirm our stay and he did not inform us about any such problems. Even basic facilities were not available there. There were too many issues at the hotel. To name a few : 1. Unhygienic & smelly rooms. 2. Molded bed sheets, blankets & pillows. 3. Molded furniture. 4. Dust on tables, chairs & furniture. 5. Lights in room, porch & even washroom not working 6. Hot water not available 7. Flush not working 8. Ac not working properly 9. Restaurant not open 10. Even basic tea breakfast not available, so ordered from zomato 11. Pool not open 13. Booked this hotel due to beach property but cannot access beach as road was closed due to weeds & grass on the walkway to beach. We called the contact person but ended up without much help. I was not able to contact make my trip for complaint due to extremely busy schedule. I just hope any other guests do not go through this nightmare & spoil their trip.

Toilet flush was not working properly, there was a cockroach in toilet, bathroom door was not getting locked, shower was not working properly, bathroom / room lack cleanliness, there was no tv, ac remote was not working

Bathrooms were not that in good condition. Air conditioning was not that effective. Overall property was ok.

My stay at ciroc has been a wonderful experience. It's good value for money. The beach was visible from the hotel. It's located in a lovely place. Jeet, the owner of the hotel was helpful, kind and friendly. Initially i was quite skeptical about the reviews i saw before. But it turned out be wrong and i had a v pleasant stay with my friends. Jeet was a wonderful host and so were his boys working. He helped me throughout my stay there and didn't charge a penny extra for my early check in and late check out plus he was nice enough to offer us complimentary breakfast and coffee. I would suggest people can book this place. It's awesome!

Property was not maintained, and rooms and washrooms were dirty. Tv was not working. Access to the beach was from the ruins. The property doesn't have any restaurant, and the pool was very dirty.

Staff talking arrogantly with customer, non cooperative. We booked deluxe cottage in ciroc hotel. It was necessary to have a tv as a package. But actually there was no tv. When i asked the staff about it, i got arrogant answers. Also, daily cleaning is not done. Toilet flush tank not working, also necessary to have hot water in bath, but this machine was also not working properly. Also very high extra charges were applied on breakfast and water bottle. Whorst experience.

Everything was perfect for the price, their food at the beach side restaurant, quality of the room. The only problem were the mosquitos! they literally ruined our peaceful sleep at night.

Bathroom is like, public bathroom, waste service, no breakfast, this hotel price shd be 1000/1500 max, not worthy

It’s a nice cozy place to stay with great ambiance. However it was under maintenance. The road to the hotel is also filled with pot holes. There wasn’t any availability of food.

Hello team, the stay was pathetic and disappointed with the amenities and the behaviour of the staff. There was no water heater, no tv, no mineral water, ac was not functioning well, rooms were in mess, the rates for food were sky high, request you all to refund the entire amount as the stay was rubbish and i strictly don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

property staff was very unsupportive. Rooms were very different from what it appears in the pictures. very unprofessional room service. worst experience at goa. one should avoid making reservations here.👎

- no inhouse food facility in rainy season. - road to this hotel is not so good and water logging is there in rainy season. Morjim beach is just 50m away. Tomatoes restro is also very nearby thats a very plus point of this hotel. -pool was open in rainy season too.

The service and stay was brilliant and peaceful a must visit place with brilliant ambience for family friends everyone

Pathetic experience, very dirty, no cleanliness, no hot water, no glasses, no outdoor sitting, no room service, staff is veer rude. No toiletaries

I didnt stay at the property. And there was no refund given.

The rooms had no proper ac. The lights were bad even after requesting them to change the lights it was not taken care of. There was no facility of a water. We did not even get a bottle of water. No food. No beverages. There is no service number of people to contact at the resort, every time we had to walk up to the reception to get even a fork.
