Hotel seevice was very bad no towel no cleaning no response no staff proper no coordination orogent people. very bad experience

Don't waste your money in this hotel, poor management and worst staff. Not clean hotel rooms, a, c tv and giver not working

It's very terrible stay at senhor angelo resort goa, there was no electricity and no water supply from midnight to noon, geyser was not working. There was tv pannel without tv, and very unhygienic and lastly no one was there to solve any of these issues

Room is vary good. Food quality is very poor resort staff is very good and good behaviour tv note working no entertainment. But resort very near beach and pub. Baar

Firstly this isn't a three star property. They said that they do not accept mm t booking. I was requesting mm t that i had an early morning fight so please give me an early check but they still gave me 2 o'clock check in. And most importantly tv not working all day. In a day we are enjoying our side but in the evening and night it's boring.

Towel was not provided. Bad smelling in room. Landline was not operational. Ac was not provided. Tv is not in place.

This is a fraud hotel that cancels the bookings any time if rates rise. I saw at least 30 people crying in hotels as the hotel cancel-led there bookings when they arrived and sold it at higher prices. Rooms here are terrible i got the one with broken tabs. The reception fone was kept engaged so that no one can call them. Hostel manager fought with many customers. I will regret my one day stay there all my life

5 rating it was amazing to stay the manager was too coordinate to us and the staff has too well behavior and and the swimming pool and the hotel is clean and piece fool

Pols i have drop request to change date, so pols do work on it. I have to change date 27th check in and 28th check out instead of 26th chack in. Pols do needfull. Pols refund my money

Very bad experience from hotel, untidy, no tv, no hot water

It was worst stay of my life in goa. Totally unhygienic hotel. Had booked for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Initially they said to go the restaurant and after waiting for 30 min they said the food will be provided in room. It took them 1. 5 hr to serve food. No drinking water was provided. Ac was leaking and there was water in entire room. Inspite of multiple requests they did not repair it. Ranjit the hotel staff took my aadhar card during check in and said will return back. But did not return back till date. I am returning back from goa without any aadhar card inspite of following multiple times with them. Pols help to get my aadhar card back

Location was good but room was not maintained properly. Bed aheet was torn and never changed. Air condition was not working when there was a power outage. Free breakfast served was just ok. Poori bhaji and aaloo parata repeated alternate day. And only cornflake for kids. Swimming pool was a small one and mostly overcrowded. Bathroom flush was leaking and the fan was an old one which was barely giving air.

But service is very bad staff is not cooperating

Hotel is not that bad that you can't stay here. But I think management is not maintaining the property nicely. It seems to be old property hence need renovation. Toilets and commode need to be change as it is very old. Bed-sheets and blankets are also old. Hence even when changed does not appear fresh and you don't feel like lying on them.

Location and ambience is very good

Very nice, graceful. Enjoyed a lot.

Area is good staying, room service is OK, cleanness is good but electronic devices do not work properly specially plug and TV channels do not show favourite channels, all over experience is good.

Cleaning room and all service is very good.
