I stayed with my family of 4. location is very close to the beach a five minutes walk. the Resort Terra Paraiso - A Beach Property is in blocks. the rooms are spacious and good. bathroom too are big. the roads leading to Resort Terra Paraiso - A Beach Property are very narrow. The buffet breakfast was average , seems like the options are somewhat low. but it was okay. didn't feel like a 4 star Resort Terra Paraiso - A Beach Property though. they don't offer any complementary toiletries .

beautiful property, spacious rooms, very courteous staff. I had non refundable booking between 9 to 13th December but I had to postpone the trip as my toddler fell ill. even though the booking was non refundable, they refunded 100% of the amount. because of this gesture I rebooked with them on my revised travel dates. the property is within walkable distance to Calangute beach and that was added advantage.

Stay was good. Food is very good. Location is not good. Very narrow road. Beach is 3 mins walk from Resort Terra Paraiso - A Beach Property. There are two Resort Terra Paraiso - A Beach Propertys on the same name. By the beach and By the Sea. By the sea is very good.

Pleasant & Beautiful Resort, Car Parking is a headache

Everything is perfect about this resort, except car parking. There is no dedicated parking area for this resort and the roads are too narrow; only one can drive on that road. Breakfast, rooms, swimming pool, and staff are all so pleasant.
