Welcome drink which were specified were not provided. denied us that you can check that we can cancel your booking from our end. I have dropped a mail doesn’t seems to care about my mail, terrible service . Hotel didn’t even provide extra towel if needed nor a dental kit not even a tooth paste. How can a person live without these basic needs?

Very nice hotel with top class amenities.Rooms are very clean and fresh.All staff is very polite and always ready to help.Breakfast is very tasty and variety of dishes are served.

I never ate there so i cannot say anything about the food but the location was good There were many eateries, cafes and restaurants within a short distance of the property and the beach was also relatively close The facilities were top notch for the price range The staff provided the best possible assistance within their capacity

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to Baga and Calangute beaches, as well as the local market. It's also situated in a safe area, which made the experience even more comfortable. The food was amazing, and the liquor prices were quite reasonable. The staff was extremely supportive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was exactly as shown in the app, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

i recently stayed at alvorada resort and had an absolutely wonderful time. the atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. from the moment i arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. my room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the views were beautiful and added to the calming environment. the food at the resort was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. each meal felt special, and the variety in the menu kept it exciting. i also enjoyed walking around the resort — the garden and outdoor areas were well-maintained and added to the beauty of the place. the staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. their positive attitude really stood out and made my stay even better. overall, i had a happy and fulfilling experience. alvorada resort is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, good service, and great memories. i’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It was a great stay, awesome experience well mannered staff and helpful reception. Overall it was a one of a kind experience. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Full marks to the property.

It was very bad experience. Even so much waiting in check in process.already make complaint as you can see email on Alvorada Resort. Really bad experience. Not recommended to any one. Food was not up to the mark as well. Staff was very rude also raised complaint . Dissatisfaction .

Not for families with small kids.. most basic services they don’t provide like bath bucket, hand towels, extra towels as it’s their policy. If anyone comes early by an hour for check in, they simply refuse and won’t even ask to wait or sit. They provide only 1 ltr water per day and not even regular water. Sometimes u may find a company in room by way of cockroach and ants on leftover food. If ur wards are sleeping in morning u cannot take breakfast for them to your room as not allowed. For families total no. For singles or ppl in group u may consider. Their housekeeping staff are totally ill mannered.
