The stay was terrible. Wifi did not work, there was no in-room dining, and even restaurants were not operational apart from breakfast

We booked luxury room. Room is not worth for price. Sea view is ok from the room. Service and staff is good and friendly. Food quality is good.

The property was good as I had stayed earlier also at the property but the staff was very less and room were not clean as expected from last stay

Yes. The stay was very nice. The rooms were very spacious & the service was very good. Sameer was very helpful & was always up for service. The breakfast was also very delicious.

Bad bad. Property it's bad. The rooms are bad. Balcony is facing the bed and the main doors are made of glass with the curtain closed. Not worth. Bad and waste of money. Beach view from the restaurant is good. Food is average.

The property is getting older by the day and the maintenance of the same is below par. What used to be a good stay in the past is losing it.

Pros: Mesmerising view from the restaurant and room service staff Cons: Too expensive. Rs.40 coke bottle would cost you 100. WiFi and Water Supply Issue Food taste and quality: 5/10

Good well maintained property. The staff is really polite. It’s located in the main location right where all the cafes are in vagator. The breakfast menu could have been better although the taste was good for whatever they served. For a property this posh, we were expecting a good breakfast spread.

Less crowded, beautiful property right with amazing deck. Food options are limited but access to good restaurants nearby.

Very good property. Its very spacious and lush green. Be aware of the steps, there are a bit too many of them and very easy to trip on. Restaurant is not very goa like. The food being served are more contemporary. Hardly any goan delicacy to be enjoyed. And drinks menu is very very limited. But the location of the restaurant is mind blowing. You get a very good view from there. Food quality and taste is satisfactory. Behaviour and service is very polite and helpful. Special call out for manager samir, for going beyond his normal duties to help us, when we suddenly fell ill one day. Finally coming to the room. Well i was very depressed to see the rooms that was offered to me and even with the one i chose to stay. I booked the casa favorite. Costed me almost 8k per day. Room was big, big balcony but seemed very old and unmaintained. Adding few pics. Overall a good enough place, if you are going in a group or family. But check the rooms quality before checking in.

Images shown are very different to the property. Rooms are not having proper ventilation in the room and not having all the amenities listed. ( there is no room bell, no electric locker. In house restaurants have a very limited option of food and food was pathetic. Hardly they have 4-5 bf options and that also not up to the mark. Parking is a huge problem there. One can find cheaper places with all these amenities. Kindly don't waste your money on this property. Only good thing about this property is the staff services; they are sweet, friendly and well mannered.

It was good, the room which we gt was not upto 100% satisfaction, it could be more clean. But I think the other rooms are excellent. Overall the staff were very humble and well mannered.And the food of the restaurant was awesome. Even if we stayed fr a short period of time we loved the place, It has very beautiful sea view from the restaurant area, which I loved the most, I would highly recommend this place. And yeah one thing I would request the manager is to improve the wifi facility fr the inner side rooms😊Overall It was a great experience will visit again fr sure❤️
