Pine wood rooms are nice. Staff are too good. One suggestion : to increase breakfast option or change complimentary breakfast menu daily as all 4 days it was same menu. Definitely will visit mext time

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort. The location is perfect — right on the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The caretaker was very helpful and welcoming, and the staff made sure we felt comfortable throughout. Rooms were clean, spacious, and neatly arranged. Rock bite is under construction. Its really needs to be updated . No parking available everywhere there was a building material it's dangerous currently to bring kids there. Also toilet and bathroom of the rooms needs to clean on daily basis. Overall its good property and location but needs to maintain its condition. I have previously stayed there and it was wonderful experience hence i booked it again but its wrong decision of mine. Food quality was good . They even make food as per our request with specifications.

coupleTo begin with, location of the resort is the best thing. Very peaceful and right in front of the beach. Room was spacious but average, washrooms could've been better. Beds should definitely be clean t regularly as we could find some cockroaches and lizards here and there.

Pros food was excellent as we had experienced in our previous visit beach is just outside rhea property cons the room is newly built fixing of the furniture was not upto the mark the prices do not justify the room that are offered the room has the smell of polishing done on the wood

coupleWe loved this place. We were in luxury beach huts. The rooms were quite large. Nicely done. Pool was good and clean. Property is on the morjim beach. Room service was good. Very well decorated. Food was also quite good. We got it at 3500 per night. Which was a very good deal.

Even after asking multiple times they didn’t provide us hot water, inspite of monsoon season. Room service was not provided. No kettle in the room.

Room does not have chair, bed is old wooden assembled. Tea not available in room, street dogs. Roaming in hotel area, pathetic reception with no place to sit, fan only operate on high speed,, water leakage and pot holes in property, reception in casual attire
