Dunhill Beach Resort

The facilities were abysmally poor related to the property rating ..The food choice was limited and over priced and we were denied standard room despite of paying full charges for two nights..it was highly useless management making the stay terrible

It was good, property was clean, staff was supportive but it is situated far away from the city and there was no network plus no shops for essentials. It would be good for season but on off season, there wont be much restaurants or shops open

Hospitality is really nice. Services are timely and punctual with minimal disturbance. Great place to stay at the beach front cabana at agonda. They have a good restaurant with decent food that lives up to the mark of food service as well.

Property location is good but staff behaviour is terrible. Rooms are not well maintained and lack basic amenities. Reception manager argued and misbehaves on our request of additional water bottle

First of all. I had booked for 2 nights and 3 days at this resort. Unfortunately one of the family members who was going to travel with me met with an accident some days before our stay (fractured her collar bone and was advised rest and no travel for a minimum a month. I issued the medical certificate to the resort and asked for a cancellation. However, the manager mentioned that they have a no cancellation policy and we can modify the dates to any month even for 2025. But, the condition was to decide the dates in 2-3 days. I called the property after 3 days and the manager was not available to attend the call and i was told i will get a call back in sometime. I waited for the callback, but i didn't get a call back. I again called up the next day at which the manager started almost shouting on the call saying i didn't call in 2-3 days and now nothing can happen. I requested that this is diwali time and you will get bookings for your resort. But got a very rude and arrogant reply from the manager who was just not ready to adjust. Very inhospitable treatment received from the resort.

Amazing experience. Great location and beautiful neat and clean lush green property, rooms were of good size and beautiful view. Overall fully recommendable beach front property

Location wise dunhill is a very good option. The food quality specially fish, chicken, crab & prawns are awesome. Resort is very beautiful. Staff behaviour is nice.

Good n clean rooms and the restaurant serves good food.

Very nice stay. Neat, clean and quite close to the agonda beach and restaurants and shopping area, since it was off season very few restaurants were open and also was quite calm without much crowd. The staff was very helpful too. I will stay here again.

Dunhill is a terrible property to stay at. we booked it from 27 to 30 th july and they had no restuarant and did not allow to bring outside food as you will see in their property info. They serve something called gills water which made me sick. Do not drink that water. We checked out immediately and they did not even process the refund.

Awesome service, excellent food nice and clean rooms. Value for money

It is very close to the beach, and the location is good. Very nice ambience. It has got a good spacious room, nice and decent! i did not like the hotel management overall, parking security attitude etc. The restaurant and the rooms are managed by the same staff, their importance is to the restaurant customers only. They are used to this model, and do not care about customer satisfaction. They need to help their staff to teach them to understand how they can behave professionally. Really an improvement needed for the security guards!

Hotel and rooms were well maintained. Access to the beach was just across the road. Wifi has reasonable speed and delicious food at the restaurant. Overall it was a good stay with family
