Though this looks like a budget hotel, but you will overcharged too much for anything else - Food, early check in, late checkout. Better stay away.

Location - 5/5 not a beachfront property but near to beach. Food- excellent, amenities- well maintained amenities and well mannered staff. Kitchen staff helped me allot specially they prepared daliya and oats for my baby with out any charge.

Location was good but hospitality was average, restaurant hasn’t provided much options in breakfast.

The room doesn't smells good no air freshener and water in pool was filled with chlorine

Property is spacies and airey and good breakfast is not at all good they should feel like they have given breakfast but we can't eat like that location is best facility is also good only one thing is breakfast is not at all good

The room was pleasant, but Wi-Fi connection was poor and services were very delayed

Jet spray was not working in bathroom. After 02 days of regular complaint than they fix it. No cleaning of rooms during stay. Staff did not bother for anything if someone complaints. No cable in TV. No wifi.

Room was good . Checking time was very high about more than 1 hour . No parking provided by hotel . Have to spend 2000 + on parking only . No welcome drink . No water bottles provided

service is worst. For taking any service min have to call 3 to 4 times along with 2 to 3 hours waiting. 2ndly breakfast buffay system is pathetic. have to pay extra cost for egg or omlette or any extra food other than limited poha idli and breads

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was no Wi-Fi service at all, despite it being clearly advertised. Check-in was extremely delayed, with no clear explanation or apology. No drinking water was provided in the room—completely unacceptable. Tried contacting reception multiple times but got no response. The staff seemed unbothered and unprofessional about guests’ concerns. Room was not ready even after the promised check-in time. Had to wait hours in the lobby without any proper seating or hospitality. Basic amenities were missing and nothing was done to fix it. Felt completely ignored by the management throughout the stay. Poor communication and zero sense of customer service. Definitely not worth the money paid for such poor facilities. False promises about services that were never delivered. This hotel seriously needs to improve or stop taking bookings. Would never recommend this place to anyone, even for free.

The experience was highly unsatisfactory. This establishment, despite its purported four-star rating, is, in my assessment, not even deserving of a two-star designation. Housekeeping services are unavailable until 8:00 AM, and the breakfast offerings are severely limited, consisting primarily of bread and a vegetable sabji. aftert entering into the room very bad like old wood smell . they dont provide toileterries untill u ask.

There is no manager or incharge in the evening after 6pm. We have to communicate or deal with the room boy. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake. We were well before time for breakfast. Few guest they gave idle and poha in breakfast and for us only idle was served and wen asked about poha they said it's over. They say swimming pool is open till 7:00 pm but by 6:00 pm they close. Tv is not working. Room electricity gets tripped we need to on in MCB. The phone in the room is not working .Terrible experience

worst service by hotel. no mobile network at hotel and also wi-fi provided by hotel was terrible. water provided by hotel was not drinkable. will not advised any one to go to this hotel fir any time

the experience was really good we enjoyed a lot swimming pool was also clean food was really good overall experience was very nice the staff of this hotel is very nice

This is a budget hotel very close to Baga beach and next to Titos Lane both very popular places. The food is average and the room needs upkeep. In our room the intercom was not working , there was a safe for keeping valuable in the room but the locking system was not working and it was of no use. The towel rail in bathroom was broken and hanging lose. Hotel facilities not like 4start rating please improve the qualities, facility and also food quality

I'm very disappointed with this hotel,very poor service.Food is not at all good.Everyday they serve only south dishes in breakfast.There is no bodywash and handwash are in their washroom.Room is also not clean.

worst place ever no amenities as promised by them, breakfast is one of the worst thing we had, no toiletries, no proper staffs, appliances not working
