It was recommended by our family friend. second time we choose this hotel to stay but this time we felt services are very poor especially housekeeping and Restaurant. Restaurant staff was not at all cooperative including tissu and all they asked guest to get up from seat and get it from their stock table..Toast bread and tea also even they were not ready to serve.staff is rude and nobody care for client service but only care their own ego and attitude. Must improve hospitality and cleaniness. cleaning person comes only once in a day.If ask any emergency service of housekeeping it is not available that is ok but if we request staff can we get bathroom clean and all then also we got rude answers. Now there is no control on staff. staff take everyone very casually as if guest need them but they don't need guest..

Absolutely loved my stay at [Lambana resort]! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were super clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the service was always quick and courteous. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing—perfect for both solo travelers and families. I especially apericiate the staff and esper the manager carol she was really sweet 🥰 A big thank you to the entire team for making my trip memorable.
