No one helped us with luggage. They gave the room with back view to mmt customers. Breakfast was not fully prepared at 7.45am. Hotel was nearly empty but they told us leave 11.30am bcz they have guest. Asked for water denied only two is allowed. Shower is pathetic. Facilities are laughable not like 4 star

We had a wonderful time staying in Sonesta Inns. This property is at perfect location, next to beautiful Candolim beach. They even upgraded our rooms so that our rooms are close by. Rooms were neat and clean, food was perfect, ample parking and great customer service by the staff.

I think The hotel management is giving back side , dark ,clumsy and full of mosquitoes rooms to MMT customers . Even though the pool side upper floor rooms were available, and repeated request to the counter manager Mr Chandru, they just ignored. We had opted for food also while booking. The food was with limited menu, and okay like. We felt like we have wasted our valuable time

Stay at sonesta inn has always been pleasant . We stayed for 4 days and the food served was delicious , room was spacious but no views barring few rooms with pool view . Overall it has been a pleasant stay . Only shortcoming was that the breakfast menu was pretty much similar on all the 4 days with not much variation.

Possibly the best resorts for Goa staycation near North Candolim beach

Everything was amazing, it was a very nice resort , staff was courteous, polite and professional, the resort had vacation vibes, food was great (specially at night), relaxing atmosphere, North Candolim beach is at 5 mins walking distance. Per my experience, North Candolim beach is far better than Candolim beach if you want to avoid too much crowd.

Excellent Stay

Delightful Experience starting from Early check in to the Hygiene level in the rooms. The Swimming pool view rooms are in my opinion the best ones. Breakfast was amazing and had a decent spread. The service staff is as well very helpful. Location is also away from the hustle bustle of the main road but hardly a minute away from it. Direct beach access is a add on but the attached beach doesn’t have much to do unlike other properties i have stayed with. All in All is was an amazing experience to stay woth Sonesta Inn.

Great Stay with a caveat

Great place to stay. Only issue was WiFi and unclean AC vents. Food was excellent and the pool was the best in any Goan resort I’ve stayed till date

Excellent beach property with pool.

Excellent property right on the beach, with personalized pathway through the property to reach to the beach. Nice pool and spacious rooms and amenities. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Very well maintained property with lot of greenery and plants. Overall it was a wonderful stay and highly recommended for all.

Hotel Sonesta Inns Beach Resort, Candolim is an excellent property in North Goa. The property is extremely well maintained, neat and clean with spacious rooms. Bathtub was also very clean and in good working condition. The breakfast spread was very good in quality and taste. Lots of variety of dishes to cater to everyone's taste buds. The property is 5 min drive to Calangute beach .. I shall surely stay again in future and recommend to my friends and family
