Good Points: - Everything you will get near in this property like market etc - Calangute beach is very near by this property - Baga beach is hardly 1.5kl by this property - Location is Slight Inside but its safe to travel in a mid night as well - In a opposite resort you will get rented bike and car service - There is no lunch and dinner service in a resort accept breakfast - Spacious Room - Clean & Asthetic Vibes - AC + Mini Refrigerators + Hot & Cold Water Facilities - Specious Washroom - Swimming Pool Required Improvement: - Should decorate the resort like other's have been done. - Whatever we are asking like cab service, rented bike service they are clearly denied for help. - There is only one staff member for a night duty - There is no one available for room cleaning after 5PM

okay okay budget friendly Wi-Fi slow ... cleaning okay ... bathroom cleaning not ok please fix 1 exhaust fan

Room was pretty good and clean. But drinking water was not good. Swimming pool was unhygienic. Resort location was fine . Calangute beach is near to resort but lane to beach is not safe during night time. Only women staff was there so no life you have to carry your luggage yourself that was bit upsetting. Powercut issues as well.

Accomodation and comforts specious room, swimming pool along with lush pool side garden restaurant. quick reach to Calangute and Baga Beach. Near old vintage restaurant Kafreal bar and restaurant & Sozo lobo beach side with authentic Goan Food

very bad, No lift, only stairs option, in the bathroom many cocraches, in the blanket many holes and no any representitive for lift the luggage up to the room.

Vintage vibe room, loved the interiors. Hot water and ac available. Worth the price we paid. Only issue is the creaking bed that’s it. Overall enjoyed the stay here. Would visit again. Very aesthetic and nice rooms.

Good place and near to beach

No tv was working and for 1 hour early checkin they asked to pay me 1hour additional charges and swimming pool was so dirty

Room given is not good, because tv, a/c, not working, no proper maintenance, it's a waste resort.
