Smiley Holiday Apartments at Calangute

Photos on Google are really bad. but in actuality the rooms are really clean , hygienic , and spacious. shower water is cold but we wanted hot.

Ok Type stay... Cockroaches are freely travelling any ware at Kitchen & Bedroom... Please maintain the hygiene for visitors health...

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring [city/area, with many popular attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Hi it was nice well maintained rooms good for family and friends. If anyone comes early before the chekc in time so need one rest room to get fresh up can go out till we get the rooms. Pool is quite small need o extend the time till 8. 00pm so it will nice thank you

Worst experience, rooms were not clean, we booked entire apartment 2bhk and when went to check in they gave us different rooms, also the property was not of smiley. Parking too much issuse. No parking was given in same rooms, different place they gave parking.

Stay was good but pool was dirty enough and we have booked 1 bhk apartment and they gave us a studio room

Room was spacious and clean, pool was in working condition although small in size but beautiful. All things considered is great option to stay

The rooms were in so bad condition and we had booked for 5 days but left the 1st day from there and went somewhere else. The manager also is so rude and won’t listen to us or give a refund we lost 10000 rs too. Even makemytrip didn’t help us so even their service is useless.

The rooms are big, washroom is big. There is no hygiene. The water filter was not working. Ac was no working. There were only 2 plastic plates which were very bad in the kitchen, we asked for bowls and they didn’t have them. They didn’t even have spoons. Overall would not recommend this place.

My self booked smiley holiday hotel but after booking when i reach goa and they given another hotel for staying not smiley holiday hotel. When i asked the employee they behave very worst. behavior very worst. And that hotel rooms are very dirty not cleaning anything bed, ac not working, bathrooms are not good, no proper parking, current cut many times, rooms are very worst coming bad smell. My humble request pols no one booking and don't stay for smiley holiday hotel. In smiley holiday working people behavior very bad.

The service is not available. There is parking but with lots of problems. Nothing is proper, no one is there to give u service & they are very arrogant to talk. & also it is different as shown in the picture. So for me i will not recommend this smiley holidays

Book smiley holidays homes and they gave room in another hotel. There no wifi and bad swimming pool also poor no television work

I won't recommend this hotel. They show one room. And they give another, we were supposed to stay at hotel. But they gave room in residential area. And there staff are very disgusting. They do know how to talk. While check out they called local boys and they were shouting on us. Never expected from make my trip. Horrible experience
