We booked two 1 BHK apartments at Karma Royal Palms, Benaulim, Goa for a group of 8 people, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. Despite the attractive listing, the property did not offer even the basic amenities that were promised – no proper room service, poor hygiene, no 24/7 reception support, and rooms that were far from clean. This place is marketed as a hotel but in reality, it operates more like a neglected private property with no proper management or accountability. We faced frequent electricity cuts, and there was no caretaker or support available when needed. The worst part was our interaction with the property owner, who not only refused to help when contacted but was intoxicated and abusive on the phone. Shockingly, he showed up at 3 AM, which was highly unsafe and inappropriate. Adding to the nightmare, one of our rooms had disturbing and unexplained occurrences, which felt like paranormal activity. It left our group extremely scared. When we reported this instead of urgent assistance, they told us to wait 24–48 hours – which is unacceptable when guests are feeling unsafe. It was as if our safety didn't matter at all. We reached out and the property owner for compensation due to the traumatic and unsafe experience. Instead of support, we were told we had a "fantastic stay" – which is a blatant misrepresentation of our actual experience. If you're considering booking this place based on the polished listing – DON’T. It’s misleading, and you might end up feeling helpless, just like we did. Choose a property where guest comfort, safety, and genuine support are actually prioritized.

The property is very good... the rooms are also very good...the owner is friendly... all facilities are available here...nice place to stay on holidays...

Do not ever book karma royal palms through mmt. Karma doesn't allow you to use their amenities. The room conditions are below average.

i found everything....in my stay. it feel like home.... all good... good swimming pool and 1km away from beach with good socity people

We had good support throughout from mr. Hemant. He arranged everything as per our convenience. Nice one

The rooms are very shady. Room service is not available. Items in the bathroom were literally broken. The tv doesn’t function. Room were very dirty

The quality of the apartment wasn't good, what we expected

The rooms were of subpar quality. Oodwork almost falling off/broken/chiped. Unkempt kitchenette and unclean bathrooms. Could not stay here after seeing the property. It was a financial loss tonus as rooms were non-refundable. We had to look for another property and stay there. It was a bad experience. Unfortunately that family has to go thru this ordeal.

Private property apartment it was good and this swimming pool. There was some issue like they have a rules. You should not wear this. You should wear it was a average apartment, good

This property is very beautiful with lot of amenities. location is perfect, just 5 mins walking distance from Benaulim beach. Lot of pretty restaurants near by. The best resort at reasonable price and good service, awesome view of pool and ambience. Specially staff is very cooperative. External to room ambience is very good

It is good stay, in case you may face some problems but hemant (hanumant) shall resolve it. The property is located in south goa.
