They charged extra 400 for offline book but when we asked why more than online rate than they making excuses this and that

Overall it's a very Nice place, the surrounding locality is very good also the rooms were neat and clean, staff were kind and good. Only thing that was lacking was proper kitchen amenities... If anyone is looking for proper cooking than the options are very minimal..

Didnt give the room dikension as mentioned. They said they dont have and the bed is not a queen or king size, No ventilation, money minded they r giving options for upgrading by paying 1900extra rather than giving the room showed though It was clean. The guy from karnataka in housekeeping he was nice person.

The property is located at the center of all the venues. It is nearest to the benaulim beach. I had a great stay. If I need to visit south goa again I would prefer to stay at margaritas

The staff was cooperative and it was a very good place to stay

Property is little inside town, hardly you find people on roads,. No basic shops nearby. Had to travel for about 1km for medical shop or Super market. Amenities are not as listed. For a room i booked, it showed 581 sqft, but actual size was hardly 250 sqft. No TV.

The room looks to be okay, but the service and overall experience is excellent. I really appreciate Akash(care taker) being humble and respectful with us. Cute residency for stay.

Terrible experience. Very rude staff. This property lacks even basic amenities. Ac doesnt work at all. Staff doesn’t even pick calls. Drinking water is not there. They dont have kitchen and for food you need to rely on delivery apps

There is a swimming pool mentioned in the itinerary but there are no swimming pools and overall ambiance was good

I travelled with my parents wife and infant and stayed for 4 nights, Though the location is not sea facing it is still closed to the nearby beaches and will not affect the journey if you have a self drive car with you, we got 2 BHK room had basic kitchen cookware induction base chulha for baby food cooking we used it. rooms are spacious looks very new property and tidy. Hot water for both washrooms available and that's is instant heater so no need to wait for long for hot water shower. only small issue is both rooms toilet is commode type one out of should be Indian seating. otherwise property is good has safe parking space for vehicle

My stay at margarita residency for three days and three nights was comfortable and homely. The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and equipped with reliable water facilities and all essential amenities. The space included a well-set-up kitchenette with an induction stove, kettle, fridge, and necessary utensils. The residence was beautifully decorated with pots filled with vibrant plants, creating a lovely ambiance. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and calm, with clean and quiet surroundings.

Not well prepared. Rooms and other things are not ready. Location is also little inside. Owner is helpful
