If you like calmness , and a clean beach just meters away from you then this is the place for you to stay , humble staff , avg food , room service is also reliant , and the cottages speak for themselves, please take care of the felines living there. I miss those orange babies 😔.

This resort has completely lost its charm and is no longer worth staying at. We had been loyal guests for years but after our recent stay, I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid it. The front desk staff are rude, unhelpful and inflexible. Even with rooms available, they refused early check-in and showed zero concern that we were traveling with an infant. This lack of basic hospitality says everything about how little they care for their guests. Safety is another serious issue. Snakes are commonly seen within the premises making it unsafe for families especially children. The management doesn’t seem to bother. Food is equally disappointing. Charging per person for a below-average breakfast is daylight robbery and to top it off, they no longer serve tandoori. Apart from the location there is absolutely nothing positive left about this property. It has gone from being a trusted choice to a place I would strongly recommend staying away from this place.

Reaching the hotel at 6:30am when check-in is clearly stated as 1:00pm, and then expecting a room while the hotel was sold out the previous night, is extremely unreasonable. Guests who truly require guaranteed early check-in are advised to book from the previous night. Despite this, you were provided a room by 11:20am as soon as it was ready. Blaming the hotel for your own lack of planning and then painting a one-sided negative picture does not reflect well on you. Also, while you claim to be a loyal guest, we have never seen a single positive review from you on any platform. It’s unfair to disregard operational realities and then accuse the hotel of negligence.

The accommodation and facilities were fantastic. Only problem was the breakfast buffet was mostly veg. And when I ordered masala chai from the room service they didn't have milk. otherwise everything was fabulous

The location (South Goa Varca) is nice having direct access to beach within 500 mts and the food quality is good with a caring and helpful staff at every place. Overall experience is good but there is a scope of improvement in rooms.

Awesome Hospitality!! Perfect location for a peaceful stay surrounded with a lot of greenery and direct access to beach. Spacious cottage with all possible amenities, top class cleanliness and great hospitality. Distance of beach from cottages is hardly 100 steps away. The food at Restaurant is yummy and room service as well available.

The stay is located in a bery quaint location near Varca beach but has all the facilities available nearby. The food variety is adequate and the quality fo food served was reasonably good. Beach access from property is highlight of the property. Also the staff is amicable and cleanliness is a very promised act followed on the property. As far as location is concerned, Hotel property is bit away from the main city roads so you need vehicle to venture out or for that matter to even come to main city road. Property is well maintained and staff is also really friendly. Food is very tasty but lacks Goan cuisine. Food is also bit on expensive side amenities although not much option were well covered. Services provided were quite friendly.
