resort is maintained well and located beside the beach with a gate to the varca beach. convenience is taken care with proper basic amenities including a small backyard for the wooden cottages kid enjoyed the play area and swimming pool as well

We had an amazing stay in South Goa! Rooms were super clean and well-maintained, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They even arranged bike rentals for us and suggested some great local places to check out. The best part is they have a private beach access which is very clean and had peaceful vibes. They have beach chairs right there, so you can chill, enjoy the breeze, and even sip your drinks while relaxing. 🌊🍻 Breakfast was included in our booking and tehy have good veg and even non-veg options Only thing is, it's a bit far from other popular spots except Varca and Colva, but honestly the peaceful beach access made up for it.

Perfect for families with kids. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. The location is a bit away from the city, but it’s peaceful. Some construction is going on, but it’s not disturbing. Overall, a nice short-stay option. They can share some ready info on nearby attractions. Will definitely be visiting again.

Can't ask more for a location where you can just walk straight to a clean serene beach. And we had taken stay with breakfast but could understand that we would need to check out early wrt the train timings. So the property Management Mr Prabhudesai was kind enough to settle it with the previous day's dinner to be free as we would not be able to have our breakfast.

Had an amazing time at this beachside resort! The place has such a chill vibe — clean rooms, super comfy beds, and that ocean view was just unbeatable. The staff were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was around 200-300mts from the rooms, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Loved the food too! I have been visiting this property since 2016. While most things remained consistent, the pricing was not transparent. Overall booking was not allowed. For a child over 10 years and so had to book with infant and then they promptly charged 1000 per night for my 10 year old. Why disallow booking with a 10 year old in the first place. Also, the breakfast buffet was 450 rupees plus taxes per head per day. Much more than 5 stars around

We do receive multiple bookings on a daily basis through various platforms, including those with children mentioned in the reservation. We are unsure what might have gone wrong with your specific booking, as you had made it via MakeMyTrip . Addressing the issue directly with them before confirming the booking could have helped, since there has been no instance from our end where adding children to the booking voucher was disallowed. Regarding the breakfast buffet, it is always optional — guests who prefer not to opt for the buffet can easily order from our à la carte menu. Also, we would like to clarify that buffet pricing at most 5-star hotels is generally much higher than ₹450 + taxes per person. We value your feedback and will continue striving to provide a transparent and comfortable experience for all our guests.

I happened to check our complaint log during your stay and found that no such issues were reported from any of your rooms. To ensure your concerns were properly addressed, I personally visited the rooms assigned to you today after reading your feedback. I’m pleased to inform you that all lights are functioning well and the geyser is working perfectly. It’s possible that the geyser switch might not have been turned on before the shower, as it operates only when the switch is activated. Additionally, we have not received any similar complaints from guests who have checked out from the same rooms. Nonetheless, I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback—it helps us recheck and maintain our standards.
