Property was good, but I faced few service issue like fridge was not working and they have not changed it also, and the exhaust fan of the bathroom also not working. Otherwise it's good.

The property is situated is 5 min walk from arambol beach. great palce in this price, I faced little problem like, Bathroom exhaust not working, little smelly. problem with insects

My Stay at the Villa

The Villa Booking was outside the resort campus with an off road access.The Rooms were Untidy and filled with Smell. Restaurant was closed. The Villa was outside the resort campus without proper road access and No lights (Dark at Night)

No food available...the place is not maintained...it was raining and there was leakage everywhere....the pool is just for show they dont allow you in...lot of insects that will pester you and staff will try to loot you...beware and try going to a different place

It was a horrible experience, suggest you to delist this property, there is no one to take care of the guests, once you have entered the room, you have to be all yourself, if you need anything you have to go to the reception and get it. Property is not maintained at all, swimming pool had so many ants in it. Pathetic experience.

The property is located within a 500m of Arambol Beach, so great on that. The in house restaurant is a complete plant based menu. Unfortunately despite a request and booking of breakfast we were told a simple Aloo paratha and some Nescafe was unavailable so we skipped that. The amenities covered were available, sheets though were stained and no room freshness unfortunately. However we choose to ignore these minors as we there for a short duration and therefore give this stay a 4 out of 5
