Good cottage. Has AC , cot, Smart TV and bathtub . No kettle or refrigerator available though ! You have an attached restaurant to get food or drinks . Cottage has no beach view but it’s near to Palolem beach. And cottage itself has beautiful view. So you can enjoy either as a couple or family with children! Overall Good stay !

The hotel was closed when we did reach and no one attended the call even post calling them up. Thankfully reaching out mmt customer care was helpful we got booking at another hotel. Horrible place

coupleThe place is near the beach, but it doesn't have its own beach entrance, but still you can use other resorts entrance to go easily to the beach. The rooms are huge in size and the manager anil is very helpful & even the housekeeping ladies. We didn't face any problems during the stay, but their bathroom has some pungent smell, which is not tolerable. I think some pipe water drainage issues. However the place is cozy and comfortable to stay in but don't expect any basic facilities like tea or coffee or hot water kettle in the room. I can say that this hotel is budget friendly in the palolem area when compared to other resorts. Highly recommended if you are looking for budget friendly hotels.

Hotel is clean but 1 room bathroom was smelling, and no flush was working. There is power cut in between due to that lane phase issue. Not properly welcomed, not much space for car parking hardly 2 cars can be parked that to on the road.

It's a nice and new property, very close to the beach and on the main street of palolem. All restaurants and shops are very near. The individual huts are good to stay. Got quite good rates on mmt.
