The property is located very neat to Arambol market with everything in walking distance. The air con was not effective in the room which was allotted to us but it was later changed after a few conversations with mmt. water supply had some hiccups as well. this place didn't have restaurant and no coffee in the room. you will have to wait till 9 am to even order tea. Host and the helper are good but this place needs a few fine tweeks for the price that you pay.

Thank you for having us, we had a lovely stay. Big room with balconies - very clean. The pool is a quiet haven surrounded by greenery. The staff were very nice & helpful and location was great. Scooters are available to hire too, We had a great stay :)

Alright, so this place is located at an amazing location and it is close to arambol beach, shopping lane, sweet lake. The house shown is divided into 2 rooms. Room is spacious, clean including bathroom. However internet is super glitchy, service is super slow and sometimes they forget also. If you just want to chill and not bothered about service then trust me this is the best place to stay. Swimming pool is clean. No fridge in the room btw. Host is very humble and helpful but it’s not much of use when the services are lacking. Easily accessible location, perfect place as well. We did not opt for room service or cleaning as it was a quick weekend trip. Would not recommend much for a longer duration.
