We booked for highest category Prive Swim up but had nightmare experience I faced multiple issues and despite paying price for Five star property the service level was not upto mark To start with the basic items like Bathrobe, Dental kit, floor mat etc was missing and had to inform MMT to interrupt and assist us with basic necessities Breakfast is not limited it’s just 1 item only and Egg to order and they will serve breakfast after 9.30 am The staff is utterly unfriendly and you will struggle to get assistance

The staff is very inexperienced and non helpful. Do get even cutlerrie you have to go to the refeption yourself. 2 friends visitied me the security literally abuse them and threatens them. Place is aesthetic but not good coz of poor behaviour

businessThe staff is really polite but the cleanliness is really bad. Got a bathroom doormat that had mud in it. The chairs had stains. I stayed in the basic room. And while i don’t know how the other rooms are, the basic room is not a 4 star whatsoever. It’s at best a 3 star.
