The ambiance was great. The rooms were clean. Stay is Affordable. Can't say much about the bar or drinks as we never used those, but it has a good enough bar. Staff is cooperative and polite.

The cottages are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with just the right blend of comfort and simplicity that suits Agonda’s quiet charm. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

Rooms are totally different from what was shown during booking — a complete mismatch! The resort’s name has also been changed; it’s no longer Serene but now Soulmate, which feels misleading. The cottages are extremely small and packed so close together that you can hear every conversation from the next room. There’s no privacy or peace — definitely not worth the money or the expectations.

Facility of serene beach resort was excellent. Room service was too good Food was too yummy. Beach view from resort was nice Room was very nice and cleaned. Everything was very nice. I will surely recommend this resort to my friend Overall experience was excellent 👌

Rooms were not clean, bathroom fittings were broken and repaired after complaints. Fan regulator was broken and not repaired after complain. Food was good but quantity of food is an issue as compare to prices. Location is very nice.
