very bad cottages with no cleanliness. Ac haf black fungus in it , no parking available, no proper communication from owner.

The host did not give checking after midnight and none was even there to open the gate.

The place is ok if you are on a budget. Nothing great about it. The restaurant was closed citing end of season. Overall an average experience

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this beachside hotel, and I must warn others to avoid it at all costs. Despite its prime location, the hotel's numerous shortcomings and abysmal service made for a thoroughly unpleasant stay. Location: The Only Redeeming Quality The hotel's beachside location is undoubtedly its best feature. The views of the ocean are stunning, and the sound of the waves is soothing. However, this is where the positives end. Parking Nightmare The hotel's lack of parking space is a significant inconvenience. Guests are forced to either park at the public pay-and-park, which is notoriously unsafe, or pay exorbitant fees to park at nearby hotels. This is unacceptable, especially considering the hotel's premium prices. Inattentive and Rude Staff The staff's behavior was appalling. No one was available to assist with luggage, and the front desk personnel were curt and unhelpful. When we requested assistance, we were met with indifference or, worse still, hostility. Subpar Rooms and Amenities Our room was in a deplorable state. It was dusty, with broken furniture and a non-functional water geyser. The bathroom door lock was also broken, compromising our privacy and safety. The sitting area outside the room was filthy and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the air conditioning often stopped working, and frequent electricity cuts plagued our stay. Restaurant Service and Food The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. We were asked to place our entire order at once, and when we requested additional items, the waiter became aggressive and rude. The food was overpriced compared to adjacent establishments, making it poor value for money. Conclusion In light of these numerous issues, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The combination of poor service, subpar rooms, and exorbitant prices makes for a disappointing and frustrating experience. Look elsewhere for a beachside hotel that truly delivers.

The stay was good, but cleaning of room was not happening on a daily basis and also electricity problem were there, and in one of our room AC was not working.

The cottage is located on the beach... the view was amazing... but the room was average. Prices are little high considering the room and amenities. In the name of toiletries, only soap and shampoo pouch was provided. There is no safety locker. Just a drawer in small almirah is what they call the safety locker. Breakfast table is there in the balcony in the name of office table. In breakfast only paratha and omelet was there. The complimentary water bottle provided was normal, when we asked for cold water bottles, they denied saying that normal water is only given as complimentary.

The room of Hotel was worst . Airconditioner,fan ,light was not working properly. Service of staff was rude. I will suggest to not stay in this hotel . very bad experience for all of us...

Hotel was in nice location but the food and liquor price was too high.

The place was just by the sea shore and it was very peaceful and food was really delicious and though the cottage was not accessible to the vehicles but the staff helped us carry our luggage till where it is accessible... they were very friendly and very helpful.

Property location was good. Staff was good. Rooms needs to be a bit more cleaner. Especially the bathrooms.

Room: * overall good but small, * sea facing huts are really cool however only thing with this is 24/7  u will hear the sound of waves. hygiene: tap water quality is not good. food : expensive as this huts are on beach so difficult to reach to exact location from road as allover on ground sand is there it's difficult to carry your trolley bag running, pn this you can contact hotel they will make this easy.

Amazing location, beautiful property and great service

We booked a room with a sea view. The room was not neatly clean. The bathroom was not clean at all. The manager was not responding properly. Otherwise the staff was good and view from the hotel is mesmerizing.

Excellent place to stay beachside. Due to long stay they also upgraded us to a seaside cottage from a standard cottage. The rooms are big and cozy at the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze or watch the sunset over a sip of their amazing cocktails.

Provided only 4 half water bottle, no room service, hygiene was average. Only advantage was the location and scenery.

Value for money cottage with a beach view of palolem beach, food was great, nice ambience, the view was my favorite part of the stay.

It was a very comfortable stay, though there were many amenities which were missing like an intercom, tv, toiletries were cheap quality, but considering the location, and the service provided by them, we definitely give them a 5 star
