Found the experience quite pleasant. The property offered clean and comfortable rooms with all essential amenities, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The staff was courteous and efficient, and the location provided easy access to the beach and nearby local attractions. The location is very close to the beach. There’s one beach within walking distance, and another is just 2 km away. Breakfast is included, which we enjoyed at the adjacent restaurant; it was quite good. The amenities and services are excellent.

We had stay at 2 nights, apartment is very good, neat and clean. Service also very prompt. Property is located at good location which is around 200 meter from highway and 5 min walking distance from beach. Stay was really good. Apartment was neat and clean. Property was near to highway and beach as well. Had good time

The rooms were clean. The environment at the property gave us an homely feeling. The amenities and services provided were up to the mark. The staff was co-operative and helped us in making our south goa tour a happier one. The property is situated in vicinity to the most reknowed beaches especially patnem beach which is just 750 m away. The restaurant in area of the property is comparatively cheaper and food is delicious here. Full marks for the staff, they helped us with any hurdles faced, regarding stay as well as transit for tour.

We have booked 2 Bhk apartment for two days.We booked it for 5 members.Rooms were cleaned and decorated with all the amenities we needed. We baught fish from the Madgaon wholesale market while coming to the this place. We cooked fish and rice in kitchen. It was homely experience. Kids really enjoyed in swimming pool. It was cleaned and maintained. Society ambience is good. Patnem beach is near to this place. So you can take walk upto this beach.Security staff helped us with luggage and basic needs. Beds were incredibly comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay. Parking available for 4 wheeler. Surely we will visit again to this Patnem beach park society 😊👏

There are old chairs need to replace. No washing machine. No hand wash no shampo. Tv is very small and not smart and no channel working. Only thing is rooms are big enough

Local staff at apartments were good but we faced few issues during our stay 1) there was power outage for 11 hours with very limited dg back up for 2 to 3 hrs 2) induction and tv were not operational 3) receiption line was always busy 4) they dont have any display of care taker numbers 5) swimming pool was under maintenance. While the place was spacious for 4 people and nearby resort food was good, but amenities were not working. Hence not worth the price. They should change the rating to 2 star.

Stay was very good with family.The apartment was clean but the pool tiles need some repairs.The time of check out is inaccurate,it should be 12 pm and not 10am . Breakfast served at Tubki Resort was excellent 👍. Parking for guests need to be identified when they arrive as property has apartment with dedicated parking for owners also.
