Owner of the property lied to us,

Property owner calls us day before our stay date and informs us that due to some electric malfunction said property is not available, he gives us option of either cancel the booking or said he will arrange our stay at different place, due to constraint of time to find new place and after discussion with owner we ask him to arrange the different place, new place didn't had any of the facilities which booked property had, owner also charged us same amount for new place, on the day of our stay we decided to check our original booked place to see if their is really electric malfunction, to our surprise property was already occupied by someone even when it was our booking on same day, when we tried to contact owner, we are not allowed to stay at our booked place, we had very bad experience.

There were some electrical failure in the apartment due to which we arranged some other accomodation with same amenities.The apartment booked by Anish was vaccant that day.

It was a really great experience. The location was beautiful, calm and convenient. Cleanliness, facilities, safety and services were excellent. The rooms were cozy, comfortable and spacious. The caretaker was courteous and very helpful. I must recommend this to others.
