It was good and amazing. The properties location and the services was top notch. Overall, this is the best hotel if you're looking.

room were not as shown in picture.. bed was full of dust.. washroom was terrible.. lizards in the room.. room service was zero.. no security no watchman.. even care taker warn us not to go out after 11 pm.. entrance of resort was not good.. to much of mosquitos .. those 2 night was terrible

Rooms were in poor condition. Price of the room should be one third of what we have paid.There were insects in washroom. .Only advantage is it is very near to beach.

Property amenities and services very worst..book in three rooms..All the three rooms issues,,one room door not locked..one room wash room basin broken..all the three rooms low power..ac not work..The hotel maneger arrogant speech

The resort was very picturesque on the outside. That's it. Understaffed. Unfriendly. Lacks basic facilities. Overall an unpleasant experience.

Overprice hotel. The hotel location was good, very close to the beach. The food was okay, but the complimentary breakfast was terrible—no taste at all. There were a lot of foreigners, so the breakfast seemed to be catered to their taste buds. The hotel room was not clean, smelly, and dirty. The washroom was also dirty, with water dripping from the flush. There was no room service.

Feather Touch resort has good rooms, best service and food. The beach is at only 2 minutes of distance. They have different types of Rooms as per our liking. They provide all the facilities we need for a comfortable stay.

I wanted to leave the day I entered the place. Smelly bathrooms and rooms. Dirty linen and beds the location is good. Close to the beach. The shower heads were very dirty. Never going back to this place again

Nice place surrounded by nature with lots of coconut tree and garden view around your house . Huts are also beautiful, specious and cozy.

Services are not good....There was no water in the washroom... the cottage was also very basic...no phone to call reception....no TV panel....overall a very poor service

The cottages are very Claustrophobic and untidy. The bathroom is very small and congested. The property doesn’t have direct beach access. You need to walk through two other properties to reach beach. On our checkout day the road was gonna close for two days and property people had no clue about it. Luckily we got to know while walking on road so we could remove the vehicle from parking in time. Otherwise we would have been badly stuck. The door handle had nails open and no place on side table to keep anything. No place to keep luggage or sit inside room except bed.

need maintenance and cleaning outside area and rooms , toylet and shower 🚿 not in good condition , street dog 🐕 everywhere hotel staff friendly with dog , dog also sleeping on balcony chair , rooms door closed after trouble 😵‍💫 food is ok but dog also in restaurant if you love street dog you can go there after night ther is like nothing outside very dark not have more light outside . even entry area have no light and if you go outside at night please take care because dog shouting on you please carry rock in your pocket so you can protect your self with dog

Everything was incredible, especially the room and food. We explored every corner of palolem beach, but the food here was the best. Thank you, everyone!

The place is nice and near the beach, however, service needs improvement. They are very slow and sometimes would need a constant follow-up. It would be appropriate to call them before booking the stay to make sure you get the best room or get what you want.

Me and my wife stayed at feather touch hotels and resorts situated on palolem each better known as dream catcher. The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and cooperative. We were lucky during our stay since the resort organised a lavish night party attended by around 200 plus foreign tourists. We were also accorded warm welcome and support of the resort owner available during this period. However the toilet should be maintained better. Overall the experience was heavenly for both of us.
