Was good ! Specially the activities were fun. Only issue is no network connectivity. staff are very polite and welcoming

The property is scenically located and the rooms are quite pleasant. We had booked a river facing room but were put in a different one without being consulted. We insisted on being moved to our original choice which was quiet and nice. We found the food to be fine except the breakfast which was really very limited choice. However, meals were always served 10-15 minutes late. The resort looks in need of better management.

We paid for an executive room the ceiling was hanging down in the room. Info days wifi, no wifi or telephone signal. Pool very dirty although did see chemicals being added. Food extremely basic with very little choice. No drinks to purchase at all not even a lime soda. Good job we took our our snacks with us. We left a day early it was so poor.

Location is good but no network, even in n sports room we had network issue. Food was ok. Amenities is also ok, services are poor but even we were late not call from registration and even we called to number in the booking order were not answered. I had better places but feeling bad for going this time

The resort was amazing. Facilities were excellent. The staff was very courteous. A good digital detox location as the cellular signals are very weak. Great place to unwind.

Worst ever service experience . Resort is located in best place - middle of the forest with good ambience . But the service is worst. No one to take care of u. Intercom not working . Food variety also not there . No room service n receptionist not at all bothered to attend u even after personal visit . Pls improve . Better don’t visit this resort 😡.

We loved our stay at Shangrila! It was very very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the activities! While other complain, we were happy to have no network on our phones and cut off from the world. Best staycation ever! Food was lovely and they did keep in mind about having atleast 1 dishes dedicated to kids (not a lot of resorts do that). Thank You Shangrila and thank you MMT !

Amazing experience in this jungle resort. This is an isolated resort in between mountains. Photos are not able to justify this place.

The stay was nice. Had booked for two couples nice, serene and cool place. Enjoyed fully. Food was nice. Nice place for relaxation.

Property is located within dense forests. Excellent location, approachable by google maps. Phone network is very limited. Staff is very cooperative and gentle. All facilities like boating, kayaking and zip line are supported by experienced staff. Overall excellent stay. Food is very average, ambiance is excellent. Camp fire, karaoke and indoor games are excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy.

This isn’t part of the shangri la group of hotels- which is a sort of a red flag to start with. The property is for sure beautiful but service can be better. We called 3 times to ask for safari timings and got no response. Also food timings have to be strictly adhered to- we fell asleep and missed the tea timing, we asked for coffee in our room, again no update. This is a place to log off from the real world, no mobile network, relax and recharge with very basic service

The resort was excellent, the staff was extremely courteous and the property is very well maintained. We had taken a Luxury room which was facing the forest, the room was away from other rooms and has a breath taking view. The restaurant had a good spread which was delicious. They have a lots of activities which includes zip line, boating, kayaking, canopy walk, karaoke, pony ride and many other indoor games. They also help with booking for canopy walk and track at Doodh sagar falls and forest safari. All in all time well spent and would love to go back sometime in the future. One thing to keep in mind before traveling… there is no network or sign boards, hence follow google maps direction to reach the property, the last stretch (1.5 kms) is a mud road.

It was a wonderful experience away from the busy city life. Karaoke musical event was very nice

To make it excellent you need to increase charge more and provide more activities and you can add fried fish in manu
