All the care taker are good location was also good but the property was not a well maintained its little horibal and not maintained.

The mermaid resort has amazing scenic beauty around. Beautiful seashore (very clean) is so close to the spot. Vengurla is one of the tidiest tehsil place. The resort serves nice homely food. The resort is well kept. Everyone must visit this spot. The service is good. Local boys are working at the resort who are very polite & soft-spoken. I had forgotten to carry shaving kit. They helped me in getting one at the 11th hour. We had splendid stay there.

coupleThe hotel’s usp is the location just next to the beach. While we stayed there the common area and one of the rooms facing the sea were under maintenance. The rooms are spacious and toilets are clean. It has an ac but the balcony which is sea facing was closed due to maintenance works. The staff is good and courteous and food is delicious. There are not many options around the vicinity. The tv in the room was dysfunctional as set top box was not charged up and the owner was not around the corner. Rooms are a bit pricey for the price. Mobile network is not available in this area.

The hotel is child-friendly. The staffs are good. The hotel is convenient for my purpose of visit. The room and the washroom was good. The hotel is neat and clean. I will recommend this property to others. Overall it was a very good stay for me.

Very good and economical stay

The room is spacious, it was nearby seashore, got proper windy air, it was economical stay, they need to improve on housekeeping. The staff was friendly and helpful in nature. The need to maintain the cleanliness of the washroom specifically.
