Alaya Stays 1 BHK with pool, 5 Mins drive to Candolim Beach | Veera Marina

We visited Goa for a work trip and stayed at Alaya Stays, and it was an absolutely seamless experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was proactive and ensured everything was taken care of effortlessly. The apartments are beautifully designed, cozy, and well-maintained, with a modern yet warm interior that made our stay extra comfortable. A special shoutout to Samrat, who was always on his toes, making sure we had everything we needed. The property is new and well-equipped, and the kitchen had all the basic amenities, perfect if you wish to cook. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa—whether for work or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

It was an excellent stay at Alaya 1BHK. We chose homestay as we have an infant child. All staff, viz., Ritik (a vivacious young man), Shashank, Harihar, Sumit were extremely attentive to every request and needs. They provide a fully-furnished house that has washing machine, oven, iron, iron table, toaster, grinder, first aid kit. It has full range of kitchen utensils, wide range of wine glasses, etc. There are three well-maintained swimming pools, kids area, garden, spacious parking. Overall our stay has been value for money. Thanks for making our stay pleasant.

Great Place to stay with my wife & kid. It's newly built apartment just 5 mins drive from Candolim Beach. The property is very well managed by am amazing team headed by Mr. Samrat (Operations Manager in Property) and assistant by Hrithik & Jayant as caretakers. Just a msg away with all required things. In the 1 BHK pool view falt i found all the required utensils, wifi, welcome drink with hamper, microwave, fridge, washing machine, UNO(card game), mosquito replant & bat etc. It was felling like home away from home.

beautiful room with all amenities. I stayed in 1BHK, room has everything we need on a daily basis. plus the staff is really helpful if you need anything in addition to the basic stuff provided with room . breakfast is decent too , specially poha and aalloo poori. location is close to beach. I will definitely recommend this to everyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Excellent home stay. A home away from home. Very comfortable and everything you need is available here from refrigerator to washing machine, 1st aid box to mosquito racket, you name it and they have given it. We had a great stay with Alaya stays. Thank you for wonderful hospitality and must say a very helpful and smiling staff.

if you planning to visit goa,you should definitely stay at this beautiful property that is alaya stays, we stayed at 1bhk and it was a 2nd luxurious home..maintenence is amazing, hospitality is top notch, staff is very polite, i would say 10 out of 10it is...perfect location too
