Riviera Hermitage in Goa was a delightful escape! 🌴 The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to nightlife and beaches. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the staff was super friendly. Loved the pool and the cozy villa vibe. Great value for money, would definitely come back.

My stay at Reviera Hermitage was absolutely pleasant! The 1BHK rooms were beautifully aesthetic and fully equipped with all amenities, offering a great view. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely helpful and made our stay even better. It was truly a fabulous experience—I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends and family!

1) The Villa and its room had all the facilities which were published on MMT. 2) The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was a call away. 3) Housekeeping staff were extremely polite and supportive. 4) The check-in and checkout were extremely smooth. Scope of improvement: Time of arrival of housekeeping staff can be improved for regular cleaning of the rooms and some flexibility during checkouts (during rainy days) can be incorporated especially for families with infants. I have sent my review to MMT

Overall it was a very good experience, property is good with all the amenities provided including washing machine fridge, induction and utensils and power backup, Shreya was really helpful all the time. Will surely book it again

The place is amazing; it matches the description perfectly! the community is guarded, and everything is very accessible from the place. The swimming pool is just outside, which is great! the cleaning lady comes every day, and she's amazing at her work! shreya is responsible for breakfast, and she's amazing too! her food is fantastic, and she provides many options. She's also very welcoming! overall, it's a good place, and i recommend everyone to use the airbnb as it's so near to most of the beaches!

Very good property with good amenities and vibes. Our host shreya was very supportive and she made it sure that me n my frnds are having good time at the property and there is no problem by regularly checking in with us over the call. However, there is a very big list of swimming pool rules which is very annoying and like most people it was our trips most imp part as we planned to do alot of fun there. But unfortunately due to several rules like u can’t do dives in pool, can’t go to pool in evening or night, no food/drinks allowed near pool and alot of rules, we couldn’t have much fun that we planned. Overall it was a great stay ignoring the pool part

Property looks totally different from the pictures and in the real. They are attached bathrooms at each floor. Okay

On 25th of may at 11 o clock in the night there was a power failure and it was a mess. Due to which we didn’t had our sleep right

Location: hermitage riviera is located in arpora which is an area that i like as it is a relatively quiet area away from the noise and the crowds of the calangute and baga areas but not that far away from either of the two if you hire a two wheeler to move around which a popular way to roam around goa. Reception at the facility: this is a homestay facility, and they do not have a reception counter to receive the guests. I made the mistake of not staying in touch with the contact person shraddha (hope the name is right) with real-time updates after reaching goa airport. When you reach there, you basically end up in a parking lot of the facility where the security guard stops you and asks you about your booking details, identity, etc, and then he calls up the person over the phone responsible to receive the guests which may take a lot of time, so this may result in an awkward situation for people who may be expecting some reception with sofa chairs to rest with welcome drinks on offer upon reaching the facility before you are shifted into your room. I would advise anyone choosing to stay there to avoid the mistake i made and try and keep in close contact with the contact person to possibly avoid the inconvenience. Also, i would like to mention here that the contact person (although no direct face-to-face contact with her) is fairly approachable and responded promptly to my query regarding the bed in the hall the time i made the booking. The room: my review for the room is limited and applicable only to room #2014 in which i stayed, and may not necessarily apply to other rooms. One can feel everywhere through this room that it is an older room with older furniture, older window ac, etc. Even the menu card placed underneath the tv table looked old and was dirty. The room was fairly clean otherwise including the beds and the bedsheets. The tv in our room was of no use as the subscription had expired which was not renewed by the attendant despite repeated complaints to him. The acs, however, work very well. There is a spacious cupboard inside the bedroom where you can comfortably put all your luggage which i liked the most. The electric kettle in the room malfunctioned, and it needed a hard slap to function well as shown by the person who had led us to the room the first day. Everything else is fine including the gas stove, the kitchen burner, the well furnished kitchen cabinet, etc. They have provided you with a good sized round dining table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your meals with your family. Toiletries: they provided us with adequate supply of hand wash which i really appreciate. The bathroom does have an electric geyser which does function, but you may have to adapt to its function and may struggle to understand how it works the first time. The porch has a couple of chairs with a small tablet where you can sit and relax having a cup of tea or coffee. They did provide complimentary breakfast which i was not aware of initially; however, you need to make your choice the night before from a menu of 4-5 items. Though, the choice is limited, they serve it to your room. Food: i did not order food in my room apart from making choices through whatsapp directly to shraddha since the menu card was dirty. You do have the option of having food at the double tree by hilt-on restaurant close-by who, by the way, also provide some discount for hermitage riviera guests which is nice. The ambience: this is a quiet tranquil place where you can sit back and relax on your porch chairs or the pool loungers or enjoy some swimming in the pool. They do have a pool security person who is fairly vigilant which is very nice. There is plenty of greenery inside which i really like. Transportation: the facility hermitage riviera is located in the double tree by hilt-on complex where there is a 24x7 taxi stand from where you can avail vehicles for transport even in the very early morning hours like i had to which is a big advantage. Overall, i feel this is a very good place to stay, especially with a family of 4 or larger where you can relax and enjoy your stay.

What you see is exactly what you get! one of the best pool view apartment i experienced for a stay along with my family. The apartment was neat, clean and really beautiful with all the required appliances and kitchenware. Apartment is situated in prominent location which is closer to thalassa as well as anjuna. The complex is beautiful with big swimming pool and good greenery. Now the best part: the host was always approachable and proactive helpful, always available within minutes. And finally the complex security was brilliant with cctv cameras and really helpful guard. Overall, if you are looking for decent beautiful apartment for your family then simply go for it. Worth the money!
