Riviera Hermitage

Stay is good ! But outside taxis will not allow inside and they are doing scams and asking customers to pay how much they want !! Very disappointing on local taxi services!!

The property was amazing and the location is also great..but the appliances like one of the AC in the hall, induction were not working properly.. they should install a grill in the bathroom's window as anyone can see through it from outside... We stayed here for the 2nd time but last year we didn't face any such issues like this time.

stay was pleasant. It was located in arpora and 10mins distance to baga and anjuna beach. no toiletries were provided. The apartments were nice.

Our stay at Riviera Heritage was absolutely delightful and exceeded expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered great comfort throughout our stay. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality and prompt service — always smiling, attentive, and eager to help. The housekeeping team maintained excellent standards, and the entire property was spotless. Its location is another highlight — conveniently close to several beautiful beaches and the nearby fort, making it easy to explore and enjoy the best of North Goa. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay. Riviera Heritage truly captures the essence of Goan hospitality, and we would be happy to return and recommend it to others without hesitation.

The place was very good. The location is prime. There were all the amenities and the hygiene was also maintained. The crowd was good and there were no such restrictions. The only floor I found was that their Wi-Fi was not working time and again for which we complained, but it was not resolved immediately. It was resolved after two days. That was the only negative point for the whole stay Other than that everything is perfect. The price was also reasonable.

Service is very poor.. Rooms are not so clean. Electric items are not working. Neatness is absent. Staff are very harsh on customers

It was an amazing time there and smooth check-in and check-out.

Paint is chipping off - black patches and washroom was leaking - blanket seems 15 years olf. Foam face wash jar had normal soap, which was not coming out

It was a nice & calm place to stay but need extra more cleaning with sofa’s covers and curtains. Rest everything felt good.

I request to give me early check in as I have booked early I will pay you when I reached but deny so I need to book kne day prior and when we reached and went to roam in Goa call for room maintainance and argue with us room is not neat and clean

Stay was average, lot of rule ragulations. Most worst part is staff, cleaning staff was very rude and abusive. We were asked to clean room and utensils and they threw it on us. Worst worst worst stay, washroom glass is about to fall, shower was not working, there was stove but no gas.

Good spacious stay, great for most as it can accommodate 7-8 person, we got garden view get pool view if possible. we are satisfied with the stay and recommend for all, go to onefor me if I visit GOA again
