don't trust by room photos totally unexpected experience & staff rood behaviour very poor service

Good location, near calangute & baga beach. Property was good. Even rental bike also nearby with this location.

Horrible stay, this is not at all a service apartment. Very horrible building and surroundings. No chairs, cupboard, curtains, worst bedsheet with stains. Not even 1% related to the pics they posted as per booking

I have visited goa many times but this was the best stay i experienced ever, very clean and good atmosphere, thanks to the property owner for making feel like home

The room was neat and clean as shown in the pics. Very spacious apartment. We had a pleasant stay.

It was pathetic the owner was so rude the property which i booked was not matching with the pictures they have uploaded this is very bad and the way she was talking was very disappointing and disrespectful i dint like the service i request you not to suggest goan fiesta to anyone. Thanks

I have stayed with friends here. Only the room condition was nice. Worst service, no water to drink, no water to have a bath. If you are coming here bring your own water from home. They are doing construction of the building right now, hence nothing is good w. R. T view, facilities, service. Even if you pay full, you have to adjust in each point. Please don't book it just because it is available in mm t

Good clean and spacious appartment. Kitchen had cooker utensil glass cup plates spoon induction cooktop fridge. We liked it first time in goa this concept. Owner was very nice. Cleaner was quick in work. Shops bike etc was walkable. We will come again. Now goan fiesta studios is our second home.

Very good location. Sparkling clean rooms. Host and housekeeping staff were very supportive. Its was fully furnished with kitchen. Wifi was strong so i could complete my office work. Best for work from home. Highly recommend for family and couples

Located in calangute very near to famous beaches calangute and baga. Very well maintained place. Very clean and hospitality was top class. Host was always on her toes to help our request. It was good experience stay with host netra. Will come back for sure

Big rooms, very clean, wifi was very useful for was. It's far better to stay with goan fiesta rather than choosing and other branded hotel netra is very helpful. Feel like true home

Excellent location, brand new property with its amazing paddy field view. Rooms are very modern and luxury touch decor very neatly done. Butler service was very prompt. Was truly amaze to see good heart touched hospitality with goan fiesta. Breakfast swimming pool wine bottle and off course the cake to welcome us was very tasty. Location is great. Very big and super clean rooms. Staff is very helpful. Cooking is possible. Owner is also very down to earth

Host welcome was very heart touching. She offered was warm face towel and a hot soup as it's very cold and raining heavily. Staff was very supportive. Rooms are very neat and clean. Its fully furnished with kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Everything is walking distance. Highly recommend for work from home professional and group of friends to stay with goan fiesta. Refused room at the hotel despite booking via prepaid mode very disappointed with mmt! atleast enable my refund at earliest

The stay was good but the hospitality was just okay okay. The behavior of the host and staff was not upto the mark.

The room are comfy and all amenities are present would like to stay again
