Rooms are very clean and Service to rooms was good. No food facility but they have a good shack at patnem beach of their own and food over there is also good. AC in working condition kettle in working condition Tea bags and coffee powder was provided with milk powder Toilet and bathroom is clean. they have solar but no hotwater as the weather was cloudy patnem beach 400meter from stay Cons: many lizards were there at entire building and were coming in room too

The stay was good and hygienic. Parking facility was there and the washrooms are clean as we wanted. But there are lizards during the evening time

I had very comfortable and pleasant stay at this place. The room was very well maintained, nice and clean, exactly like it's shown in the picture. The place has parking space which was again a great experience for me. The bathroom and balcony are nice and clean. Would have loved to have some food service also, but nevertheless the staff is available for all your needs like plates, spoons etc. Patnem beach is around the corner and you will get ample options of food. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our child.

Exceptional stay at om shanti residence! rating: 4/5 i recently had the pleasure of staying at om shanti residence goa for 3 nights, and i must say it was an incredible experience! from the moment i arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a stunning view of patnem beach. The bed was plush, and the amenities were top-notch. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the design and decor. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to patine beach. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Special shoutout to. Overall, i would highly recommend om shanti residence to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable stay. Can't wait to return!

Room is good, spacious and very well sanitised. Washroom was also clean. It was almost similar to what was shown on the mm t app. However the only issue i faced was with the food. They don’t have kitchen and after 10pm you won’t get food from anywhere there. Zomato & swiggy don’t provide services there

Perfect stay with very helpful staff with great support from the staff. Best part is 2 - 3 minutes walk to patnem beach.

Searching for stay at goa. Downloaded the app mmt and searched the hotels above 3star rating and booked the room and it was good loved it.

Hotel is not even serving water, and owner is very very uncooperative, missbheaving staff. Mr shank y manager of hotel and mr raju house keeping staff is very uncooperative denied to even serve water in demand.

Neat & clean place in lap of green nature and 200 metre walking distance with patnem beach

The property is newly constructed hence bathroom and room is quite clean patnem beach is just 5 min walk away. Although it has been wrongly marketed as near to paloleum which is close to 2-3kms. Cons 1. They don't provide basic amenities like telephone, even tv 2. There is no in house kitchen, so in case you want to have anything, you always have to step out as there are not many outside places near by

Pros - nice location, large room, superb balcony with sitting area, nice interior, parking facility, secured property, staff behaviour these are the best thing. Cons - floor was not clean, bathroom faucet was broken, no tv (mentioned earlier. Overall 7/10. I would recommend this hotel.

Room and bathroom are very spacious , very clean and equipped with all modern amenities. Unlimited wifi with good speed. Also have a good size balcony with two comfort chairs to relax and spend your time. location is very nearby to Patnem beach just 5 mins walking distance. car parking space is available. Food quality is average. Staffs are very polite and supportive. Overall we have enjoyed the staying for 5 days vacation.
